I got a used car loan from a dealership that's deals with the aboved company I had the car for 2months and now the cat converter is bad which will cost me 830 just for the part itself plus I still gotta make that monthly lease payment for the car which is 308 per month so they are leasing out bad cars and the company does not due anything to check on the cars before they lease them out! ATT sucks!!! Well, at least their DSL service does... I should have known better since I'd already had issues with them a long time ago but decided to give them a second chance. I recently upgraded my video editing suite and found my 1 Gig of Ram on my 2 year old Dell computer insufficient to run it properly. So I shut down my system and took it to Best Buy to get 2 more gigs RAM installed. The Technician on duty got me in quickly and installed the Memory for me. They charged my account for a second bottle of Acai Berry supplement but never shipped it. I tried calling there customer service department after they failed to respond to my e-mail. On 11/17/08 the wait time was 78 minutes +/-. On 11/18/08 the lines was busy until 13:00 CST and then the wait was 75 minutes +/-. Charge card company provided a phone number which is a recording telling you the hours are from 7am to 6pm, call back during working hours. We paid Truman Albright to repair the roof on our rental property and it still leaked. It got so bad we had to have another contractor come replace the sheet rock in the ceiling below it. We contacted Truman first to see if his 'warranty' would cover stopping the leak before further repairs were made. He charged another $465 to take a $5 tube of roof caulk to the area in question. 2 days later the roof still leaked. I had applied to a company for a cash advance that I never got. Then I found out today that they had signed me up for this National Platinum Card that I never authorized. They took the money right out of my account and when I called they wouldn't do anything about it, said that I must have agreed to it in order for them to sign me up for it. I have and am still waiting for my two rebates that I sent over 5 months ago (rebate coupons were offered by Newegg.com; now with this issue, Newegg.com shouldn't deal with MyRebates411.com). The fiasco with POAA.nl an internet business based in Breda, the Netherlands began in June 2008. I spent quite a lot of money with them 959 euros on light fittings. This company conducts deceptive practices at every turn. The return policy charges a 15% restocking fee even when they make the mistake and you have to return something. They charge your credit card right away claiming they ship immediately. When you track the ups number you see that all they do is assign a tracking number to your shipment and don't ship your item. I received a letter from the Alpha Group stating I had won $250, 000. The letter also included a check for $4815. I was instructed to cash check and send Money gram for the amount of $2970.00. It all Started when I was involved in an accident with my 2008 Honda Ruckus scooter. I dropped off my ruckus at al lamb honda around Sep 22-23. I approached this company about obtaining a mortgage loan. After being past to a untrained loan officer, I was asked for credit card information without getting the proper paperwork for my application that was denied.
