My A/C stopped working, so I searched the net and located AirCool, a local A/C repair shop in Houston, TX. A technician by the name of Lloyd came to asses how much he was going to rip me off. He looked at the compressor and said it was 'bypassing', then hooked-up his gauges to it and said it was normal. Then he said I bet your evaporator coil is dirty, causing a freeze. I ordered a four month supply of Venacura with a promise of free shipping. When filling out the billing information I find that the free shipping is in the form of an e-mail rebate. Also, I find myself being tricked into a 14 day free trial of info from Wellness Watchers. My Venacura product came but no rebate or info ever showed up. webnsite does not say you are automatically enrolled and that you have to call to cancel. When you click terms and conditions, which is where all the fine print is, the page does not exist, at least not when I ordered and not as late as yesterday, Nov. 19/2008. So there is no indication that there are any catches, no prices of any kind, so if someone is charges 69.00 a bottle that they are charging, their accounts can easily be overdrawn. We received a hottub from L.A.Spas in July of 2006 at a cost in excess of $10, 000. In Nov. of 2008 a malfunction occured causing the water temperature to exceed 188 degrees. I receive harassing telephone calls on my job from this company. I work at a church and was told that I should get a ride from the pastor. They left a message in the Senior Pastor's voicemail last night regarding my account. I have run into some financial difficulty recently as may Americans have, but to have the rude and threatening phone calls from CPS does not motivate me to send in a payment any sooner. Something should be done regarding this organizations customer service department (or the lack there of). I purchased the Wu-Yi Tea weight loss program. Two weeks later I canceled it because the tea price was just too expensive. After canceling that, I started to see fees of 9.95 and 4.95 deducted from my account.
