EZSVER RW ID 051953388 at 800-444-9800 ... I have tried reaching this number several times. Prompt asks for your phone number- I enter it- and they dont recognize it. I enter another number- that is not also recognized.. The prompt tells you to CB during normal hours. Can never get a live person. This is a real scam and have been billing my card now at least 4 months for $14.95 per month for no /UNKNOWN services provided. I finally tried a few entries online to find how I can complain and found this complaint board. How can I take action and get my noney returned??? Law firm is attempting to collect a debt that was cleared through a bankrupcy. Documentation was sent to law firm stating this. The law firm went to Middlesex County (NJ) court for a judgement against me. They sent the paperwork to an address I haven't lived at for 15+ years. Also, my credit report shows that there are NO ACCOUNTS PAST DUE!!! This firm doesn't seem to care if anything was paid off. They use illegal practises to collect money they are not entitled to. I purchased a Kenmore 600 washer. Immediately it was making too much noise and shaking too much when spinning. I looked over the instructions and the troubleshooting guide and followed all the directions. I went to work as I normally do, made it on time to the morning meeting. The owner was there starting it. I googled the company before the interview to educate myself. What I found was no website, but in fact I did find a few job scam warnings. I decided to go the interview and check it out for myself. What I found was a big empty office with about 6 other people waiting for the same position. There are 3 or 4 offices where the interview process takes place. The room is empty! On 11/17/08 purchased a kitchen range for pickup in store. It was supposed to be available after 3:00PM 11/19/08. I moved into an apartment managed by Pac West the last week in Aug. On Sept 1st oIsubmitted a list of approx 3 things that needed attention in the apartment. My site has been down for three days... I cannot get a reply from anyone associated with them. The DNS doesn't resolve to my site or to they main page. Who knows what business I have lost because of another unexplained outage. Florida Water Testing mailed us a card asking to test the water in our home, my wife filled it out and mailed it back to them. This company called us twice and sent out cards thru the mail, with in a week a Mr. George A. Beltz came to our residence to test our water. I paid an $84 membership to Todd Ash's traffic exchange site, then advertisingandselling.com, now advertisingandselling.net, when I was dabbling in a bit of affiliate marketing back in 2006. The site promised payment of $350 for clicking on the various clicks promoting the other sites etc. I reached this threshold three times but wasn't paid despite chasing up Todd Ash numerous times. He would finally reply with some lame excuse but still no money.
