I paid for shipping for a free bottle of Colon Cleanse today 10/27 and after thinking about it decided this was not something I could do because of health problems and age, so I was going to cancel order when I realized they would be sending me monthly shipments at a charge to credit card of 78 + dollars and I can't afford that. On February 27, 2008, my parents purchased a dog for me from Petland. He is a mix breed called a 'Cavachon'. He is a joy to have and is a wonderful animal, but he is sick. Petland legally sold my parents a sick animal with kennel cough and blood in his stools. I have documentation from the store where the pets caretakers daily updated how he was doing. This company has repeatedly contacted me regarding a debt from 1994 for a company that is no longer in business. The debt was obviously purchased at a low cost in an attempt to get me to pay. The debt belonged to an out of business company and was never valid to begin with. I am in process of filing a complaint to them and the better business bureau to have them end the harassment. I ordered a 'free trial' of Acai Berry supplement which arrived this morning. The item was accompanied by a small (one quarter A4 size) slip stating that unless I cancelled my subscription (which I did NOT sign up for), I would automatically receive further supplies every 31 days and my credit card charged accordingly. I am in the UK and cannot get through to the number given. I will write to them, but obviously this will take time to arrive and they may claim not to have received it. I have done some work for Temeka Inc. spraying the Line-X on kiosks they made for the NFL. They were to bring me the product ready to spray. It wasn't. I spent a lot of money having my worker repair their work and dealing with their late deliveries of the product. After the work was completed they refused to make the final payment of approximately $4500. They found another Line-X dealer to do the work and from what I hear are treating them the same way. I had a student loan in collections, for a little over $1, 200. OSI contacted me and said if I get on their 9 month program (paying $50 a month), the loan will go back to the original creditor to repay the rest of the balance. And would be removed from my credit report. Well, I did the 9 month program. Waiting to get a letter from the original creditor (WFS), I received a letter from another collection agency, ACS, wanting the balance in full! Got a $100 certificate from Chrysler dealer, Register at the FreeBieGas.com with $5 registration fee on July, keep mailing gas purchase receipts of over $100 to them every month, But did NOT receive any of the $25 gas card which they guaranteed to mail back EACH month. From August to November, four months of waiting. Tried to call them, phone always answered by the answering machine and ask you to left your call back number. I did it twice, no response at all. When I started my accounty in September, I was told I had the $.015/minute plan for international calls to Mexico. The high toll department called me about a week later and told me that my balance was more then $700 and that my long distance was restricted. My wife and I had some work done by Eric, the owner of Exterior Design. He gave us a price and collected our money quickly, but when it came to finishing the job, it took months! He spent most of his time away from the job site, talking on the phone, and generally not working. He's very good at making friends with his customers, which buys him more time. I wouldn't have minded the extra time if he would have done the job I expected, but a month later, the job needed repairs. This guy doesn't return calls. I was looking for a Payday Loan on the internet. Some where this company got my info and withdrew $49.95 out of my bank account and caused an overdraw.
