I submitted my rebate information, waited for 6 weeks. and when i did not recieve my $50.00 rebate I called the company and they said that my rebate would be issued and I should recieve it within the next 4 weeks. About a week later I recieved a text on my phone from AT&T stating that my rebate check was approved and in the mail. To this day I have not recieved a rebate for the new phone that I purchased on fathers day weekend of 2008. I would imagine that if they were to treat all there rebate customers with such disregaurd that they are making a pretty penny on just the interest alone from all prolonged rebates. read full review »

Capitol One charges interest on a day to day rate. Interest ends up being more than the principal. In the last 18 months I have paid $2702.75 in interest. I bought this product for $4.95 and noticed on my banking account a charge of $39.95. I tried to call the company to tell them I did not want the product but you can not get through on the phone. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I still did not speak to a real person. I received no product either. Two weeks later I see another charge on my bank account for $44.90. I did not give my credit card information and was called by someone from Gen5 Labs and asked for my credit card number so that they could charge shipping fee. I bought a fridge 4 years ago, recently the fridge was not staying cool. A Sears repair man was to come out (he didn't even get out of his truck because the contractor was here to let him in not the homeowner). Had to reschedule. The second appointment he was over three hours late. they make it impossible to return their products because they want you to get an RMA # before you return their merchandise. Which is impossible because you can not talk to anyone in their customer care dept. to be able to get a RMA#. In the mean time they just keep charging you credit card. 11/24/2008 We are filing a complaint with Semco Energy because we are very disturbed with their services. Upon recieving a dissconnection notice from them because we simply overlooked a bill, we promptly called the number on the notice, which said call right away. I was trying to use this company as they say they can get prescriptions for $30 a month. I did everything they said and they still have not sent over any medication. I am on a single income and have a child with cerebral palsy, microcephaly, breathing problems, vision and hearing loss. Ashton Oaks Apartments does not pay their vendors. I have been very unhappy with their slow pay schedule. It has been over 6 months since I provided a service and product for them. I got them the best price and made sure everything was just the way they wanted them. I'm pretty sure when someone does not pay their rent the complex kicks them out.
