We too are sorry to have used TCH. It has been 1 year since the completion of our home, and so many times I wished we had checked into the company more than we did. They DID go over the contract price because of THEIR inability to get an area over the fireplace the correct size. Also in the size of wire that was code. (They should have know this BEFORE hand) We have an electrical issue that was wrote on the final inspection- they wouldnt fix. CHEAP appliances. (We had to buy out of our pocket a new dishwasher and stove) HUGE gaps between boards on porches. We purchased a Blandford home in Gilbert and had no real problems for years. The first sign of trouble was when we went to replace the carpet in the living room with tile. Once the carpet was up and the slab laid bare, it was obvious that we had not just a cracked slab, but also one that appeared to be tilted downward like it was sinking into the ground. I took out a $300 loan from the Little Loan Shoppe with a interest fee of $90. Pretty high but I needed a pay advance. I told them when I get my pay check but then added that the check does not clear for 3-5 business days. They said they take that into account. I subscribed to a FREE kit about Ebay, only to find out afterwards, that I also subscribed to whole range of products, for which I'm being charged immediatelly. 3 months ago I ordered a replacement lamp for my projector. I was told I would have it in 2 to 3 weeks, finally after a month it was shipped. When I tried to install the lamp, I found that they had shipped the wrong product. I sent it back to them using UPS, I had UPS email them the tracking number, and after 2 and a half weeks, I did not hear anything. When I emailed them they stated they needed a tracking number.
