Took 3 months and a BBB case top get the final piece of the order. Additionally, part of the shipment did not arrive which they blamed me for and the level of service was the bottom of the pile. If you have nothing better to do with your life, then go ahead and waste your time dealing with these guys. It is a great example of what NOT TO DO in customer service. Posted on 30 November 2008. This company continues its practice of charging the credit card with unauthorized charges. My card was also charged for $ 44.85, when the only charge I had authorized was for $ 4.95 for S&H for a "free" trial. When approached, they offered a "generous" discount of $ 20. I have instructed them to return all the un-authorized funds. I have notified my credit card company as well as file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov).
