This overpriced animal clinic overcharged me big time!! I was charged $1, 000 plus, plus, plus!!! This highway robbery fee only covered the cost of one pet. They did not even have the courtesy to give me an estimate before sticking me with this huge bill. I was pushed into an expensive credit account so they could get paid all the money upfront. Brookstone has an unfair return policy. There is absolutly no way to know that a robe (unopened) is not returnable. The entire store AND the receipt states that it can be returned with receipt...see reverse for policy details. on november 26th I thought I purchased a pair of uggs for a christmas present for my daughter was sent an e-mail with a confirmation number from the company that they were in stock and will be shipped. It is now almost two weeks and nothing sent yet, I tried to contact the company and the website is gone and then I found out that a complaint department has been made on the company. I also called my bank and put a stop on the payment on my card and reported them to the fraud company thru my bank and credit card company. I had Fios for less then a month. The final bill they sent me was $642.98. I have spent well over 10 hours trying to straighten this mess out. I had spoken with many supervisors that promised to fix the bill to $130.00. Never happen they sent several bills all over the $130.00. I was waiting on the final bill and they sent my account to a collection agency for $259.01, bring down my credit record and score while I was applying for a home loan and was turned down for a loan because of the collection account. This is about our wedding photographer. It took 1 yr to get our wedding album that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks. After following up with the photographer several times, it got to the point where I had to go behind her and make sure she was doing her job. I had my pool resurfacced with skyblue Fla Gem with 3(three) stome crabes and 1 stone dolphine, pool papers states I have lifetime garantee, well the dolphin stated to come up and so did the crabes. American Express is so mismanaged! I had all of my identity stolen in August and reported my stolen AMEX cards to them immediately. I had a pending online payment due within 48hours of the theft and was unable to cancel the payment due to the time element. I was assured by the representative on the phone that I could re-submit my payment with my new bank account info and all would be well. I did so and the payment was on time. One month later they billed my checking account for $159.25, which was not approved. I even called the same number to tell them that I no longer wanted to buy tea and still they charged my credit card three times and I received one shipment. Sunrooms America, INC was hired to build a sun room onto our house. We took so much water damage since their easy project started that we had to replace our entire kitchen. They ruined our home.
