I saw another posting with this site on WellWorX in Memphis. I had similiar problems with them and it took getting a lawyer to get them to stop billing me and finally close my account as I requested. I actually enjoyed the club while I was there, although there were times that things went down a bit and services were inconsistent. All in all there are too many clubs to choose from and the experience I had with them has left a bad taste in my mouth...my situation was simple and it seemed that they were determined to push a situation that did not make since to me. I am at my wits end. I have not received a bill from Direct Energy in 6 months, I have called and was told it was an internal problem, yet it seems after doing a little research that I am not the only one with this problem, and I have been told also that my bill has not been generated. I have noticed that a charge of $89.97 was presented to my bank on 12/6/08. I did not authorize this charge. On 12-5-08 I was expecting a package from DHL Express out of Kansas City, MO. My regular delivery driver called me and told me that she did not have a package from me. She asked what zip code it orginated from and I told her. She told me she would make some phone calls and get back with me. This company is likely in violation of FCC regulations. We used them for their virtual service, multiple extentions. On numerous occasions the system just shut down, or reset all our settings to default. Customers could not reach us, or leave messages. Numerous calls to tech support yielded nothing but apologies and they outsource their call center somewhere outside the US. DO NOT BUY - I purchased this product from Sam's Club about 1 month ago and installed them exactly as instructed. The floors look like they been in the home for years. They scratch extremely easily and dent - yes, dent. I dropped a quarter on the floor and it left a significant dent. We have a dog, and he has scratched the floors so badly, even with manicured nails, we will have to replace before selling. I can understand and live with wear and tear, but this is unacceptable. I payed 110.00 dollars for a room at Hilton throught hotwire, called hotel and was guaranteed a NON-smoking room. When I got there, they gave us a meeting room with a hide-a-bed twin couch pull-out. I bought this paper to get a little more news about investments. The first problem with the paper is it is very expensive. It is three dollars for the weekend edition and two dollars for a regular paper. Also, it is hard to find unlike the Wall Street Journal which is sold just about everywhere.
