Someone charged my visa from JMN Corp 1.01 on 12/5/08 then 40.29 on 12/9/08. I called my bank and they gave me this number to call, 1-866-581-8593. When I called, I found out that it was an Adult Website membership. They said that they would cancel it. The email that was used is not mine. It was [email protected]. I purchased a Toschiba 52" LCD from Conn's. They said they could even deliver it the same day. However, that was 60 days ago and the television has not worked for five weeks. It took their service dept. three weeks for their first trip and the service tech. was not sure what the problem might be. Free Gas Central collected our $5 registration fee through PayPal back on August 25, 2008 and after 3 months of faithfully mailing in our $100 worth of gas recipts, we have received 3 emails from them acknowledging they have received our receipts "in good order". However, to-date we have not received a single gas card. Their website is down and their phone number just rings and rings and no one answers in the "customer service" dept. I was charged $44.95 instead of the $5.99 shipping. I never received the product. I cannot get through to the company via telephone (43 min wait) and no response to their e-mail site. My husband no longer works for the same employer. He finled for his 401k dispursement, Nov 15.2008. Received a letter from Paychex on 11/18/08, stating that the requested had been received and that we should see the dispursement check in 10 business days. The Halloween Express In North Little Rock is a complete rip off. They have a 'No refund, No Exchange' policy. This is all good because you would think that the reason why they have this policy is so that people can not wear costumes and bring them back. This company was very hard to reach b/c their phone number is either busy or disconnects. Their phone # is unlisted when you call directory assistance in Boca Raton, Florida. They do NOT answer the phone at 800-787-1219 or it is busy or there is a message. I finally had to call one of their neighbor companies, and the man told us that so many people call them that the building's landlord gives out the Better Business Bureau phone # in Boca Raton, Florida! I had balance left in my Airtell Call India Home account and that account was deactivated without any prior notification. SO today when I tried using that account, I cant login to my account, I cant use my account to make any calls etc. On speaking to Customer care, they are confortably saying - that account is gone!! and so is the money in it!! OH MY GOD!! My partner and I just had a horribly experience with Minds of Media. We requested a Logo design and when it was received (let me tell you)... our company name was spelled WRONG and we then decided that we did not want any revisions or corrections, just our MONEY back, they refuse to refund us via pay pal and told us that we had to wait 10 business days to get our money and now that has come and gone and we still don't have our money back.
