this is 1 of 4 charges I have on my credit card for a product I ordered on the internet. A product which I still have not received after a month. Now I have 4 charges from apparently 4 different companies, but are all related because when you call the number it is the same voice recording for all. Except this company number is not working...convenient. This charge is 78.84 and supposedly because I didn't call and cancel within 7-14 days. Tried to make reservations to stay there. Bad phone and fax numbers listed on their website. Email address bounced emails back to me. When I finally got through to them, the owners were stunningly rude. It's rare to find people so unpleasant who run a campground, since camping is all about family, friendliness and having fun. I have posted several complaints about the owner and her business. I took my labrador retriever into her shop for a bath and the dog looked like he was brushed with a hair dryer. His nails weren't even cut and he developed a ear infection from them getting water in his ears. The owner Jenny smells like she has been drinking all night. Her mother who also works in the salon looks like she has been joining her daughter in drinking also. These two owners are so rude to deal with and they are not friendly people. I made a mistake in 2005 when I moved back to Alberta and misplaced my terasen gas bill. So they sent it to NCO Financial Services Inc. who got a hold of me and was so rude and mean, I never paid the bill right away.
