We had a Med Resorts vacation club membership, for 15 years, $5K, set up in IL from early-90's. I lost my birth certificate and needed to find a fast way to get a copy. I entered 'copies of birth certificates' in the search engine and got the above website where they made me believe they could get me a copy of my birth certificate for $19.99. So I paid the fee and all it did was bring me to the real website where I had to pay again. This company hides under the names of other websites and you don't see who is getting your money until you pay through paypal. A price quote for suggested dental work as to initial examination, was far to excessive. I requested a hard copy for the service, I was told would it take a day or two. Never received. This company sells Total loss coverage similar to Gap insurance issue's a Total Loss Guarantee and after a loss which was paid by the primary insured, they give run arrounds and never pay or deny, they have proved to be a rip off. Our local telephone representative called to ask if someone at our company authorized 'World Web Pages.Net LLC' to bill through our phone number. Being a small corporation, we have not audited our local phone bill and were surprised to see the past 10 months have had a $34.95 addition. No one at this company okayed the fee. The billing is through ILD Telecommunications, Inc which is a third party billing service. World Web Pages is a scam who hired ILD. Our local MN telephone company representative noticed the additional $49.95 fee on our local phone bill. She called to sak if it was authorized. Being a small corporation, we have not audited the local phone bills as the total cost is very consistent. The billing has been there for the past six months. New Link Network bills through a third party billing company, ILD Telecommunications, Inc. The ILD operator was very courteous and has blocked 888-303-8674 from being added to our phone bill. Purchases GE Profile Wahser year ago. Thougght I was upgrading by purchasing a Profile appliance. Mother Board went 1 year and 1 month after purchase. Rented a car, have confirmation. Plane was delayed so budget closed and left me stranded in ALBANY Airport during a snowstorm! Phone # given on confirmation out of service! I bought a custom $2000 Laptop from them in 2005 for video editing, it crashed constantly. I sent it back to them for repairs ( I paid the $35 postage! )... I don't even think they opened it!!! I was then in a major car accident and it was put in storage. When my 2000 Mazda 626 broke down on the road in June 2008, I brought it to Diagnostic Auto Repair in La Place, LA, the nearest place. They told me the only solution was to replace the engine, and I agreed, thinking that it would help me sell the car and minimize loss. I set up a redirection service from Royal Mail, for 3 weeks now I am not receiving mail at all at the new address, some mail went to the old address, and after 3 phone calls Royal Mail still is unable to rectify this. They now say the need "evidence" of mail being sent to the old address! The company charged me $29.95 for a membership that I never joined. I had never even heard of the company before. I had ordered a trial size of the acai berry product from a different- which was also a HUGE scam and the next thing I know I was being charged $78 from the first company and the $29.95 from the Fit Fac company. Distributed those $250 (or other values) "Free Gas" vouchers of fancy card stock paper through marketing seminars and maybe other channels. Ask for the initial $5 "refundable deposit" to cover the initial processing cost.
