I dissolved my business in September of 2007. My contract with 1 and 1 was set to expire a year later in July of 2008. This company has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I ordered off their web site and received my product, but found out it was the wrong size. She was actually helpful, and cancelled my account. Make sure you get a confirmation cancellation # and that they email you with same. I now have to fight to get the $78.84 charge credited back. This doctor misdiagnosed my needs. This doctor did the wrond surgery on my then falsified he medical records. My son's LG Fusic cell phone has broken 3 times within one year. Reliability is terrible. Every time he has to send it in he loses all his contacts, etc. Huge inconvenience. The last time we got it back, it broke within a week. Customer service refused to fix it, claiming it was not under warranty due to main board damage. Yes I am having a problem with ABC Financial Services, Inc. late fees, unable to quit Body Xchange Sports Club. The membership was bought for my son. My son unable to go to the gym. I also had my credit card stolen. I canceled the card and for got to notify the gym. I have been a Hughes customer for several years now. I have never called for support and have paid my bill on time every time. I just discovered that the home service offered to new customers has a download speed of 1.0 mbps. My home service is only 700 kbps. The price is the same but the new customers get a better service. 5 year old Kenmore range oven has problems lighting, smells lioke gas and then lights with a loud boom. Has been happening for a year. Now all of a sudden it smells like something is burning inside the unit. I called Sears to have someone come out immediately as we are dealing with gas and electricity. Received a check for $5, 400 to be a "secret customer". The scam was to report on Money Gram by making a money gram transfer for $4, 150 with a service charge of $250 and keeping $1000 as employee pay. Check had to be authorized then complete transaction within 48 hours. Enough time for them to stap payment and stick victim to full payment of $5, 400. HomEq Servicing personnel purposedly delayed my refinancing until I was far enough behind in my FHA mortgage payments and could only qualify for a subprime mortgage. When registering with Virtual Office Temps, they REQUIRE you to have Ringcentral installed in your computer for hiring. I found out that VOT is a scam in itself and wished to cancel my 30 day free trial with Ringcentral. No one will answer the phone. I tried the live chat and waited out the queue for over 30 minutes and when it was my turn, they canceled the chat! I also signed up for free trial and shipping charges. Recieve 3 weeks later with additional products and charges. You are given 30 days to try. The reciept says you have 30 days to return from time ordered. Giving you only one week. I also found out today that they signed me up fpr another service which I was charged 29.95. In total this 4.95 trial has cost me about 95.oo. Some of which I will get back after returning and canceling what they have signed me up for.
