UPN Services first tried to take a draft of $399.00 from my bank account on 9/24/08 it was a computer generated check. I stopped the transaction and the money has replaced in my account. This company is a scam. They will tell you they are located in CA, USA. No other address. No phone number. The only way to contact them is by email. Their merchandise ships from China but you are billed from Europe. After picking up my new car, I noticed that the right front tire was losing air. I brought the car in and was told that there was no leak. I have had to fill the tire every 4th day. On Oct 21 I had a check come out of my account for 49.95. I called the number on the check immediately and they sais that it was totally legal because I had signed up for it. I DID NOT. They cancelled my membership and told me I would recieve a refund check in 30-45 days. Here it is Dec 18 and I still haven't recieved a dime. After reading these complaints, I am shocked that Sears has not recalled this range. The same exact issue happened to my family - our Kenmore oven coil started on fire after I turned the oven on to back some bread. The light was bright and white and the flame followed around the coil at the bottom of the oven. Luckily, I was the one this happened to...and not one of the kids. Sears makes another frequent shopper unhappy and I vow to never purchase anything from Sears again. It's sad when your reps can't even handle a complaint call. My complaint is based on my experience with this franchise location. Minnesota has a 3 day right of reccission law. I followed the law to the letter in canceling my membership within 3 business days.
