My husband and I signed on with this company who guaranteed to get us up and going with an internet business. We opted to be moderate to aggressive with our investment in return for quick, one-one coaching, training and ONLY 5-10 hours per week. Guaranteed. The Drexelbrook community management has a contract with RCN as the sole provider of cable services to the community residents (1223 individual apartments). About 3 weeks ago I was bragging that I had ordered a fake tree that was on clearance from Balsam Hill. I've never had a fake tree in my life, but I just wanted to try something different. I ordered two Sav-A-Blade products November 23rd and received a confirmation email, but as of today December 18th, have not received the products. I've left a message on the company's answering machine after trying in vain to find a way to contact the company via the internet and email. They make sure there isn't a customer service link on any of the company's sites, nor could I find a link to check the status of my order. After reading some of the horror stories, I'm worried that I won't get my products. I placed an order for 2 Olympus Stylus 1050SW cameras based on the price on their website and I should have know it was too good to be true. I joined this ABC workout fitness center and after few monts I discontinued the service due to the poor quality of their facilities. However I am completely unable to terminate my contract. They are asking for an impossible set of documentation to cancel my membership and contract. Their customer service is horrible and they have no regard to the fact that I am not using the facility... Offer stated that I would receive a 30 day free trial and only have to pay for shipping $7.95. To avoid charges of $89.95 each month, you had to cancel within 30 days. I received the product and when i tried to cancel within the 30 days they tried to tell me I would be charged $49.95 cancellation fee. They tried to tell me that it was part of the terms and agreement. If I waited until after a 20 day period, they would waive the cancellation fee but I would be charged $89.95 for the "Free" 30 day trial. I went to Britesmile in Phoenix and had my teeth whitened. While I was there I purchased a gift certificate for another trip. Meanwhile, Britesmile closed their offices in Phx. and never notified me. I dealt with this company in May of 08 and things went great, we needed to move again in November of 08 so we decided to use them again. Dear Sirs, I ordered three (3) unlocked iphones and paid for them with a check to Colossal Trade. I received the iphones after a long time but the iphones are not unlocked and they don't work with any SIM (I took them to another country). I have sent many messages to them (on their web site) asking for a phone number in order to call them but they never answered. When I have a package, I assume that a mail carrior would knock on your door or ring the door bell before he/she write you a note on the door. No. It did not happen to me. How did I miss the package when I was home all day. I went to Main post office to make a compliant, but the supervisor that I talked to was condescending. She said" I do not think that it would happen. A mail carrior has already made a step to the door to write you a note and why would he or she knock on your door" I do not think that the supervisor take my compliant well. Ordered two of these Snuggie blankets and two booklights. After a month, received the blankets but no booklights and nothing in the package: no invoice or other explanation of where the lights are or why I didn't recieve them. No way to get a person on the phone. They do not provide an email address for correspondence. Wonder why not?
