Husband and I ordered a cd through grantline pro, they stated only a $1.97 would be charged for shipping and handling, the cd was free. Lo and behold I was charged with $59.95 on my bank account, and my information was sold to other companys which call all the time. This company is so scandalous. They contact you to sign up, saying that if you can't contact the lead that they send, send it back no questions asked and you won't be charged for it. I decided, what the heck ... I'll try it out. Well, doesn't work like that at all. They give you a very difficult time if you want to send back the lead. I did attempt to claim a gift card I had won, but did not ask for a membership. To make matters worse, I was trying to appeal medicaid, finding out my past year of treatments (when I was out of work) was not working, and facing surgery in October, and going thru counseling weekly. I ordered last January 2008 through a Elementary school 2 magazines with magselect. One was for 10 issues and one was for 20 issues. When I didn't receive my December Issue of the one with 20 issues. I called the phone # provided and the representative said that was the Double issue, he then double-checked and said the double issue would be January/February and that they would send me the December issue. They have collected from the shipper and have taken all of money and not forwarded any on to us or the other carriers. The Drexelbrook community management has a contract with RCN as the sole provider of cable services to the community residents (1223 individual apartments). I have been a Sage customer for over ten years. I recently asked them about a $9.50 FCC line charge after reading the Texas PUC regulations limiting the charge to $6.50. Sage informed me that Texas PUC has no juridiction over their charges. I placed an order with this merchant on 12/13/08. I live in the same geographical area, (The Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex). Shipping should take no more than 2 days. Today is 12/19/08 and I have recieved no shipment, no tracking number, no indication the product has been shipped. I have called the only number available on the website at least 50 times this week and get no answer and cannot leave a message because the voicemail is FULL. You submit a loan request and you get an LOI stating that you have to pay $18, 000 for due diligence fees or $10, 000 if you have an appraisal. The LOI also states that if you withdraw your loan application you lose your fees. If the company cannot get you a loan you get a refund of your fees minus any third party costs. Apple One has been advertising extensively for jobs this holiday season. However, they have NO actually jobs available. Jobs that normally pay $9.00-$12.00/hr, Apple One is advertising at $17.00-$20.00 / hr. AND, there are NO real telemarketing, customer service, shipping jobs available.
