If you visit this site you will get a Win32 virus. And it will take screenshots of everything you do. So it can hack your information. My internet isn't working properly. About 9:30 p.m. I locked my keys in my car outside of an Autozone dealership in Horn Lake, MS. I just returned my car to GMAC SmartLease. The car is in impeccable condition. My husband and I have photos of the car just before we turned them. GMAC SmartLease is trying to assess $809.39 in charges for a damaged bumper. I have contacted Marcus at GMAC numerous times. I have explained to him about the photos. First, he hung up on me. Then, he said he could not verify who I was, despite giving my name, address, and account number. When he finally responded to me, he said he could not verify that the photos were recent. Eichenbaum & Stylianou, LLC are known widely for being a 'debt collection' firm in Northern New Jersey. I personally do not consider them to be on the level as an average attorney because an average attorney has a level of ethics in which they maintain. This 'prestigious' firm has absolutely no regard for the rules of court and feel as if they are barred from following normal court procedures. Pollack and Rosen went to court to file a judgment in 1997 against my husband for Columbia Medical Center. Our son had emergency surgery and we did not have medical insurance for him. In 2006 they went back to court and filed to have the judgment vacated. We were very surprised but it was accepted by the court and I believe that made the judgment null and void. Just received a letter today in the mail Dec 2008 that they are attempting to collect on the judgment! I submitted the rebate form two weeks ago but Sirius claims they have not received it. It still have not shown up on their tracking web site . Sirius just keeps giving me the run around but won't help me get the issue. They told me to resubmit the claim but the original UPC code was mailed in the initial rebate request. I had a free trial Grant Every Day Free CD and the last day of the trial I made an effort to can, but in the order confirmation the company gave me the wrong contact phone numbers and e-mail address. I called with no answer. The next day I found out the phone number and e-mail through a business partner. The company charged me $58.61 because they said it was past the trial period.
