It seems to me that I should not be inconvenienced in this way to begin with. Please do not sign a contract with this company. I was told I could cancel before June 6 of 2009 (which is also on my contract)as they wanted to promote there services because we were in a new subdivison and my home was on a corner lot. On July 1, 2008 I placed an order with JDC Wigs for a 10" custom full lace wig. On JDC's website they claimed to be a Better Business Bureau accredited business and even had the BBB seal. I to have had a very traumatic experience with this company. They were 2 days late on pick up and 3 weeks late on delivery. I spoke with ralph and mike and am waiting on a compensation check that's in the mail. What a crooked outfit. I am sueing for pain and suffering, damaged furniture and missing boxes. Advanced Disposal Services of Gwinnett sates the Gwinnett County will initate a new program for handeling residential solid waste in unicorporated Gwinnett County. They have along drawn out letter telling me to pay this fee in advance. There are 3 different trash companies that already pcik up on my street and I have never seen this companies name before. I used a credit report company to find out my credit score before applying for a loan. I opened my c/c statement and discovered several other affiliated charges that I did not authorize. I had only intended to use their "free" offer to use it, the cost was $1.00. The other two charges were affiliated with each other as they are in Nevada, and almost share the same phone number. They both refer you to websites that run you in circles. Fraud Protection, which charged $4.95, and Credit Score Boost for $11.95. I would like to get my money back. We were charged $90 for two items. We have been waiting for over 6 weeks and our order still has not shipped. Their automated phone system hangs up on you so you can't talk to them. You can't get through their online support line, and they do not respond to emails. We can't even talk to them to request a refund.
