Don't order the Tufted Chinille bedspread, upon opening the one I bought the smell of it nearly made me faint you would not believe the smell!!! After a lengthy time someone finally picked up and a LONG conversation followed - mostly due to English not being his primary language and the end result was that my "order" was canceled and I would get all but 30% back. Tropical Grand Vacations phoned me out of the blue on 22nd September 2008 offering me a holiday in Florida at four locations for £498 valid for up to four people. It was not until I received documents from them on 6th October that I realised that the holiday was for accommodation only. I answered an ad for acai berry with a payment of 4.95 shipping only. I received the product and an additional charge of $79.95 was made on my bank card on Dec. 10, 2008. I tried to reach someone to reverse that charge, but hit a dead end. After that, a charge of 19.95 showed up on my bank statement on Dec. 16. I talked to someone at fitfac and was told that charge would be removed. It's still there. Today another charge for 79.95 showed up on my bank statement. Circle of Nemue scammed me for over $1600! They are internet spell casters with a supposed 100% money back guarantee. Well, they will not refund your money thats for sure. In fact if you even ask for your money back they ignore your emails. They prey on innocent, gullible people and talk you into ordering more than you need. Their emails are "form emails" that dont tell you anything about whats going on. Questions go unanswered and by the time their 6 month waiting period is up, paypal is of no help in getting a refund. I ordered 2 fans and was told that they would be delivered in 2 weeks. After that day came and went I called and waited 30 minutes with no answer for 1 week. I finally got through on Saturday and was told my order would be shipped in the 3rd week of Jan 2009. I told her this was unexceptable and cancelled my order. Please Help? New Grants/Grant Money has taken, at least, two withdrawls from my bank account for $60 each. These occurred a couple of months apart — one in October/08 and one 12/22/08. They've changed their name from Grant Money (866-524-7747) to New Grants (866-354-5541). I did no business with them, but stupidly gave my VISA number for a future purchase that never happened because I knew then that they were scamming.
