I am being charged on my card for products that I have yet to receive and for a first product ordered that didn't even come in time for me to take it for the trial period. In looking at the product page, there are nothing but complaints about these products and even my credit card company knew of these, and told me I had to get a cancellation # before they could take it off my card. I signed up in 6/08 and sent gas receipts in each month starting July 2008. I received July and August in November 08 for $50.00 gas card, but have not received September or October 08, or the $5.00 back for signing up. I have a debit charge of $39.95 on my account and I don't know why other than the fact that it shows this companies name by the charge. I did receive a trail sample of AcaiPure by another company, Fit-Factory. The product is a scam and I wonder how the people at these companies can sleep at night. Water/moisture got into the computer board which was replaced before I washed the first load. A yellow grease-like substance started to form on the inside gasket where door closes .additionally the letters that tell me which cycle to choose wiped off when machine was cleaned according to their maintenance manuel.The service person advised "IT IS NOT GREASE, although it looks like grease, this machine has no working parts that require grease". I purchased and downloaded an article on line from Barton Publishing for $19.95, and found a $1 charge from welwatch on the same monthly statement. I did not really pay attention and then found that for the next two months I received a $29.95 charge from Welwatch. I have advised my Credit Card Co that these charges were not authorized and I received no service. Obviuolsy somewhere in the small print for Barton they have a hooker that signs you up. I helped my cosigned a loan for my step daughter to get a car from Bangor Car Care, in which Persian Acceptance is the lein holder. The price of the car was about $5500. I have been making my regular weekly payments without interuptions since the beginning of October of 2007. According to my figures I have paid in about $3800, which by my figures leaves a balance of about $1700. But I had contacted the company and asked what my remaining balance was, they had informed me that I owed about $4400. What I can't understand is how a $5500 car turns into a $9300 car. On 12/03/2008, I booked a round trip to Hawaii from Portland OR. I did that at that time ONLY because my wife and I were offered $100 e-certificates which claimed it was good for interisland travel. I saw a flier for AFCA back in 1998 and I called it. I went to their office in Richmond, CA to get help with getting a credit card, since my credit was not very good. They told me that in order to get the credit card, I had to become a member and pay a $5.00 monthly fee for one year, and that they would report my good payment history to all 3 credit bureaus monthly, which would improve my credit.
