On November 7, 2006 we bought a Kenmore HE2Plus washer. We were in the market for a heavy duty top load washer. The sales man we talked to told us about the front washers and how they save water and are more reliable than a top load washer. We have had more issues with our front load washer than I care to remember. They to me are the most unreliable washers or at least mine has been. We are being asked for an additional deposit. Over the past several months we have fallen on hard times but are in the process of rebounding back financially. We have been late a few times with FPL but now they ask for addtional deposit of $59.00. They already have a deposit on file, I have spoken with them and informed them of our issues and corrective actions. Charge for LOUDNCLEAR showed up on our credit card, dated 11/20, and we never received it. Called the 800-765 # and recording said to call the 800-691 # for Loud N Clear customer service. Tried that number several times, either their recording said they were busy and hung up or transferred me to a Service Rep. who, after I explained my problem, hung up. That happened 3 times. I ordered a trial of tooth whitner. It was to be sent in three days. It didnot come for 2 weeks and I returned it and told them to cancel any further orders. This seller, using the ebay seller name raxsolutions, located in Missoula, Montana USA is selling website graphics and instead of shipping them on a CD to buyers, they are sending a digital download link to buyers. Ebay banned all digital downloads last March. Since there are millions of listings, eBay obviously can't catch all the sellers who sneak by them and violate their rules. Almost every morning and evening going and coming home from work the too at onway and the 408 says lane closed for cash. The toll doesnot except your money and the light does not turn green.
