Purchased a brand new Horizon Elliptical through Dick's Sporting Goods. It arrived in a box with the entire front panel broken into several pieces. I WAS a customer of this tire shop for 6+ years. I went in for my regularly scheduled tire rotation which they claim is included when you purchase the tires. They OF COURSE told me that we needed 4 brand new tires however, it wasn't a dire need and he would drive on these tires for another 2 months or so. I had autimatic payments for my credit card with Bank Of America FIA Card Services, once I noticed that I did not have sufficient money in my bank account number I called to cancel the automatic payments. They obviously decided to continue taking these payments out of my bank account. This action caused my account to be overdrafted from $ -119 to $ -500. Gainsaver is a scam company. Do not buy anything from Gainsaver. I bought a G5 computer from them and it did not work right out of the box. Cost me $60.00 to ship it back and they will only issue a store credit. This company is running a scam. I received great service until I paid him to design a logo for my company, then although the website states "Fast turnaround" I am still waiting on my logo (about a month later). In addition, the samples he has provided so far were poor and lacked creativity. This was a waste of my money, not only the quality was mediocre but I have yet to see a finished product and it's is a month later since I made payment.
