I had an account with Capital One which was charged --off in may of last year. On December 29 2008 I was hand delivered by an unidentified man a "summons" . I had no idea what he was even handing me, I think he called it paperwork, but I am not sure if he said anything at all besides that I didn't have to go to court to just call the number. Made my order from Home Depot on Dec 14 with a promised delivery by Dec 23. Everything was ON TIME up to an including Dec 23. I ordered a high chair from this website for my niece who is expecting a baby girl. The shower is Jan. 20. Despite placing this order three weeks early, the website has not reflected the sale. I even called customer service which advised that the website would be updated "in a few minutes." It hasn't happened. The item is still showing as not yet purchased. I took my coat to this cleaners to be cleaned. I was charged $7.99 to clean it. I went to pick it up and i noticed the coat looked like how i dropped it off. One of the very worst customer service experiences of my life. Total scammers! First, they sent me the wrong book. When the correct book, shipped via UPS, didn't arrive, I attempted to contact Chegg. It took them 3 months after many emails from me just to have them tell me that I had to look for the book myself! We ordered furniture in September and were told 6-8 weeks. We did not get a call about the furniture being ready for pick-up until 16 weeks and when we tried to speak with a manager about our previous calls to check on the furniture we never received any return calls. We then did not have furniture over the holidays and had company to entertain. We then asked to have it delivered instead of pick up due to the circumstances and we were charged an additional $215.00 for the delivery. We already paid over $3000.00 for the furniture. Brickhouse Security is in the business of coming up with unique products, producing them WAY below par and over-charging. Either the products do not work or they are junk. For instance: The Child Locater device, USB Media Pens, Cameras, etc. Their return policy requires an RMA number to be obtained within 5 days. JTV provides no tracking numbers, but simply sends jewelry through the Postal Service as if they're mailing a letter! I ordered a ring, which has not arrived after nearly 2 weeks. When I called, I was told that I have to wait 21 days to file a claim, and then wait for the paperwork to be processed BEFORE my refund. There can be no replacement because the ring is sold out.
