I purchased two figures from the TORTURED SOULS series a few months back. At the time when I purchased them, I was in Iraq fighting the war back in 2007. An email from proflowers.com indicates that my wife signed up for some sort of service during the checkout phase and that's what the charge is for. I bought a battery office clock at Office Depot and after two weeks, Office Depot reduced the price on the same clock that I bought. I asked store Manager for price match, but he refused by telling me Office Depot will not do price match after two weeks ! To reduce the amount of mail, I signed up for electronic statements. I have not made a purchase for some time now therefore I am paying on an outstanding balance that really should not be increasing. company billed for cleaning a clogged drain. Not only Company charged a huge amount for about 10 minutes work, $225.00, but they add $15.00 as an environmental fee. There was no spillage of dirt and no collection of any residue by company and there was no reference to any formal law or document regarding such fee. It looks like quite unjustified. Can you help? I thought people might be wondering why no one has really sued this guy for all that he has done, I will explain. My husband and I have been in the process of trying to sue Randy since we found out our building was condemned April of 2008. On 1-4-09 our son had a reservation to take the Megabus from Milwaukee to Minneapolis. When the bus arrived, the driver got off and said he could not take any more luggage, he said he did not have room. This company advertizes a years worth of cell phone lookups for 39.99. I bought it and they charged my credit card 48.99, and gave me information I could have gotten for free. They give you one cell phone with address trace for that amount and unlimited access for a year. The trace gave me wrong information, and the unlimited access directed you to other (free ) websites.
