I purchased a Maytag gas stove model #MGR5751BDS in July of 2008. This product failed right out of the box. First the oven clock stopped working, then the burners had trouble, then the oven started cooking at random temperatures, finally it failed completely. I have called Maytag numerous times and have had a number of service calls (each service call meant two visits by A&E: one to assess the problem, two when the parts arrived to install them). In August of 2008 I entered in to contract with APX ALARMS. So far to date the service has been great, except for the fact that I just realized I was being scammed. The day I entered into the contract my tenant was with me, he asked my permission to install an APX alarm system at his residence. The Ads by Google are scamming us into authorizing a $1 charge to the credit card where over 30 days later the charges keep coming up (but from different companies associated with Google) and are a lot more than $1. I ordered a trial offer of a cleansing product that was highlighted on the Oprah show along with the Acaiberry tablets. I had a charge on my latest credit card bill to ESSENTIALSGOLD 888-405-5356 CT for $189.95. I called Citi to dispute it, and they put me in touch with the company, apparently called Essentials Gold. I contacted several concrete companies about having my backyard patio replaced. Offer from Dave Ainscough from Art of Concrete was competitive, and I was told work would be done within 4-6 weeks. I bought a stand alone cabinet from IKEA, like 95% of your their products required assembly. I bought it home and assembled it perfectly, but it turn out to be too big for my kitchen. This company is providing legitimate looking quiz on Facebook. It then asks for your cell phone number so it can send verification to you. You get a text with a PIN. Once you enter that PIN it creates an account for you on RINGZA and subscribes you with a $9.95 recurring charge. I have sent them a notice that I intend to report them to my Attorney General (Oregon) and suggest anyone who has been taken by this company do the same in their area. Through some research, Lubery has been out of business for almost a year. They sold off their stores in Long Beach CA. Ordered a Tamron 70-300mm Di LD lens for the Canon Rebel XTi from Cambridge. I was given an estimated delivery date of July 7th, 2007. Date came and passed, and Amazon emailed me saying that cambridge didn't give a notice of shipment. I ordered an external Fire Wire hard drive with cables and power adapter. I recieved a hard drive; no case, cables, etc. After several emails to get an RMA, I returned the hard drive and did recieve the correct item.
