In May of 2008 I was contacted by People's First Financial in regard to a loan modification. At the time I had already started to negotiate a re-payment plan with my mortgage company. From the early nineties to late nineties California took current and back payments from my husbands check and forwarded them to Idaho. In 1998 he received refund checks because he was all caught up on his back support. I had an accident on Dec 23, 2008 on route home from Nashville, Tn to San Antonio in Little Rock, Ar. I called AIG to report the accident and to see about getting a rental car to finish my trip home. Me and My sister needed a loan. We came across a company called Cusso Loan who apparently help people with no credit/bad credit. In our neighborhood of older homes it is common for tree roots to work their way into the sewer line. Our house has the older terra cotta sewer line and we usually need the line to be snaked every 1-2 years. Slomin's Shield offers a free alarm system installation. The problem is you better not move within 5 years!
