I bought a Logitech mini mouse from this company on eBay. It quit working after a week. I had to send them two emails to ask for return instructions. They are slow to reply to a problem. Then, to get an RMA number, you have to follow 20 rules on their request page and fill out a lengthy form with information they already have. Then it takes two days to get a number. They don't refund return shipping and you have to pay shipping again on the replacement. The item price was fair but the shipping was more than the item price. If you buy from this company, you had better hope that you don't have a problem with your purchase. read full review »

I completely agree this place is of the hook and loaded with bigots ! Never in my life have I seen such lowlife people. If your black watch out they will do everything but burn a cross in your lawn ! Or if they think you may be gay, female, Hispanic or any other race but white you won't work there long. They hire their tokens and them burn them at the steak. Hitler would be proud of these people ! I agree with the last poster the security is a complete joke and the managers are complete tools lock stock and barrel. I would not work for... read full review »

I started a plan with this company because I wanted to try someplace different. Their plans were comparable to just about everybody else. Although at the time I felt that their 20 on 20 was a good deal so I went with them. First off, they got my name wrong. I asked them to fix it, they never did. I asked them to fix it at least 5 or 6 times, they assured me they would. They did not. Then eventually, they put another wrong name on my bills. The lady said to me... 'well you must have told them that name or they would not have put on... read full review »

Purchased a refill service through Ebay. After two months and 4 emails, they have yet to respond or to send my battery. Paypal says that it is after their "magic" 45 day period, so it looks like I'm out $109. Something has happened to this company recently because they provided good service to a friend of mine two years ago. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE CROOKS NOW. read full review »

Awful Awful company to deal with!!! I ordered a monitor with them as a present for my boyfriend. It was delivered damaged (box had been dropped on its corner and had very obvious crack in the cardboard) which is obviously not Overclockers fault but the couriers. I thought Id try the monitor anyway and I figured if its not working thats what they/the couriers have insurance for. Monitor didnt work and I asked for a replacment. They said they wouldnt send out the replacement until the orignal was sent back (fair enough) and I would have... read full review »

Angelo January 7, 2009
Had Jeff actually done his job, I would not have purchased this condo which has been the biggest nightmare of my life. I don't know if he was in cahoots with the realtors or what, but he practically spent more time pointing out nice things about the property (the diagonal wood floors and the way the cabinets were screwed in) than the defects -- the vast majority of which he missed. It's not the inspector's job to point out good things about a property. Then, he listed completely ridiculous defects like a burnt out light bulb and... read full review »

I was having trouble finding a replacement part for my Noma snow blower. Jack's website had enough data on for me to find the part I needed. It's costs appeared low in comparison to similar items from other vendors. The shipping costs were a bit high but I received the part the next day. I was quite surprised and very pleased with the incredible speed of fulfillment. read full review »

DO NOT Order from this company. Their Customer Service Department could not care less what problem you have. I spent better than 30 minutes on the phone just to be told that the manager would have to deal with my problem and he would be in "sometime later." They also will not refund any accessories or warranties you buy. So buy all your device protection and accessories from somebody else in case you have a problem, because these guys are not going to care. In all one of the WORST internet shopping experiences I have had, I will NEVER use this site again!!! read full review »

Wisetronics has a "sister" company called 86th Street Photo & Video. If I had only researched this, I would not have placed my order. I get the same "back order" story. What was once a 1 week back order, is now a 6 week back order. It seemed there were "technical gliches" as to why I wasn't notified. marlboro lights short softpack
Jeanne Young January 7, 2009
I have been smoking Marlboro cigarettes since 1972, and paid .38 a pack and have paid the increases over the years, and although I can't afford the price you put on them, I still smoke them by choice even if I have to cut back on food and other luxurys to be able to. About the last week or so, I have burned holes in everything I own because they won't burn. When I light them back up, the paper flames up and then falls off on wherever I'm sitting, and before I can take another drag off of it, it goes out again. When I put the... read full review »

Ordering was fast and easy and my packages arrived promptly. However, I ordered two items and they accidentally sent me two of the same items as well as the other I ordered for a total of three. Instawares Restaurant Supply Superstore
Tiffany January 7, 2009
I did it backwards--ordered first and then found the reviews. So many negatives convinced me I should cancel the order right away. I did so the very next day, but the order had already shipped. Two days later I received a reply to my email informing me it was too late to cancel, but that I could refuse the shipment. The order arrived six days after shipping (includes the weekend). The products, two infant restaurant chairs, were exactly as pictured. How can I complain? Product shipped promptly, just what I ordered, cheaper than anywhere else, customer service responded to my inquiry, plus free shipping. read full review »

I would HIGHLY recommend Lets Talk.com. If you want the same service that you would have in a physical store, don't shop with them. I think the business model of this company is data harvesting and the potentially unlawful accumulation of CC #'s and associated info. My guess is that they sell this (your) data. They certainly have no intention of fulfilling many orders, at least on the basis of my experience and what I have read online. I have filed a complaint with the AG's office in California and urge those of you who have suffered through the BS order cancellation to contact your AG's office also. First, they called me at home, instead of at my office during the day, as I specifically told this. This meant that my spouse -- whose gift my order was supposed to be -- had to tell them to stop talking about the order and to call me at work. Just a note to people who think that Catholic schools are the best. It has been my experience that the boys who attend Brophy college prep in Phoenix are among the rudest most contemptible young men I have ever met. Obviously, their Ivy league education teaches them nothing about respect and manner off campus.
