DVCentury.com advertised 1 GB of DDR RAM for $78- I bought it- received a used 512mb module that did not even work right. I called and the owner "SAM" was very uncooperative. I will likely be taking him to court over this, and am now requesting a charge back from my credit card company. I didn't check ratings before ordering, and was quite alarmed by the history on resellerratings. However, my experience with A2ZComp was flawless. The only bump was ensuring that the shipping addy was authorized on the credit card. Otherwise, shipment was quick, packaging was good. Ordered power supply. It was DOA. (Even though as per the site they TEST them). It took 6 weeks to get another RMA's. (the delay due to insufficient RMA tracking, I suppose, I had to give them the UPS tracking # so they could "Find" it.) Ordered my items through SHOP.com, got confirmation from SHOP.com right away, also from the other merchants I purchased from through SHOP.com at the same time. Got confirmation from EVERYONE EXCEPT VITADIGEST. Vitadigest never even acknowledged me order until 12/19/2008, then stating that that was the date I placed the order. John Nelson, a customer service rep, recognized that the ad was entered wrong, and I wasn't going to get what I had requested. Before the original camera arrived, he corrected the order. My Dad was buying me a camera for christmas and the person he talked to essentially conned him into spending an extra $400 on crappy accessories that would otherwise cost less than half of that price.
