When calling the 866 number they were quick to accept the complaint of a fraud change and offered a refund and promised not to service the company that submitted the false charge of $34.95 on 12/19/08. Made a purchase at Good Feet Store of 2 sets of plastic inserts. While I was pleased with one set, the other did not support my feet at all, and I returned them for an exchange within the 60 day grace period they give, less than a month after the original purchase. The clerk basically argued with me that they really do work and that they don't take returns. I advised at the time of purchase I was told to return them within 60 days and an exchange would be made. I have since phoned customer support (I have even kept records with whom I spoke...) no less than six times--- to no avail...yet they do admit it was a warehouse error! I paid for a report from a psychic named Marie de Notre Dame and prepaid for a product recommended by her. Payments were send to Eso*World, as instructed. I was later assessed a late charge, which was deducted from my prepayment for the product(distributed by Pegasus). I wrote and challenged the late charge because of the time frames allotted. Just recently made 29th consecutive payments of the 30 consecutive payments included in a Nelnet 'incentive' program and was informed that I didn't sign up for e-correspondence within 30 days of consolidating loans with Nelnet almost three years ago.
