On occassion I suffer a complete loss of digital signal from this station. I have complained to the station and was told that there was a tranmission problem from the station to the satellite transmitter and that a fiberoptics cable was installed and should solve the problem. It hasn't. I still get that "signal lost" notice on my screen. Would it be possible for you to work with the station to figure out what's wrong? I purchased a Canon printhead and sets of Canon inks. I received the printhead and the shipping copy had(has) a handwritten note that the inks would be shipped at a later date. I was then charged $87.13 twice and never received that product either. Lucky for me my bank reversed the charges for me as products not received. Have brought my Escalade ESV in there for both routine service as well as body shop work several times and each time, I receive my car back, they either missed something, broke something else causing me to have to go back over and over and over and over for the same issues.
