I purchased one item for $3.88, They failed to tell me that in 7 days of the day I purchased this, if I did not call and cancel, they would charge my account $72.71 a month for a member ship. This company will not deliver on its promises. I have not received the computer I ordered months ago. Since May. I was originally told that after layaway payments I would receive the computer. I have a similar compaint to the one I found on this web site. I orderd my FREE trial bottle of ACI berry. The bottle arrived and I after taking the product for two weeks saw no results. This company has called my cell phone and asked to speak with my husband. The one time he spoke with them they informed him that he would be arrested the very next day and that the references we used on a cash advance loan would be arrested as well. I purcased a Bagel with Cream cheese this morning with a large coffee and the woman who makes the coffee was using her arm and hands to wipe the snots that were dripping from her nose. Obviously she was sick. OMG I was so grossed out I threw out my coffee and food and I will nver go back again. The supervisor was standing right next to her as well. I also think that all the Dunkin Donuts stores on Route 99 in Wethersfield are diluting there coffee. It just doesnt taste the same anymore. I was on another website that was not PMI Identity Co.that offered credit report and score for $1.00 with the option to cancel within seven days. I canceled immediately within two minutes because I accidently hit accept. I even have a confirmation saved on my email that it was canceled, I get a nsf from my bank stating that PMI Identity Co. deducted $29.95 from my checking account. Just days after receiving my "free trial" my credit card was charged the full $59.95. I was 3 days into my "free trial" when this happened. Upon calling, I was told to retun the unused product for a full refund, minus shipping costs and my card would be refunded. Per Stacy, the representative, a refund would not take place until 14 days AFTER their unused product was received. My physician has instructed me to not use this substance, Acai-aSlim, and when attempting to cancel, the email address listed on the bottle, www.penalabs.com, appears to be invalid. Would like to have my name removed from any future mailings and billings, however at this point, it seems to be an impossibility. I also accepted the "free/shipping costs only" trial offer. Afte receiving the "automatic" follow-up supply, I called to tell them to not send any more product or bill my account. That was, I think, in October. In December, I was billed TWICE for $29.99; once on the 11th and once on the 29th. (Guess they were collecting for Christmas bonuses.) No product was received...thank goodness! I have contacted my credit card company to dispute these charges, which have been removed. Never again.
