I tried the "trial" program for the Acai Pure. These people have been fraudulently charging my credit card for Acai Pure when I have told them over and over to stop sending it. I did not sign up for the auto ship Lifestyle program. I asked my bank to stop honoring the charges and they wouldn't do it because the merchant has the 3 digit security code from my card. The merchant said they didn't have me as a customer, and then charged my card again. I sent back the product, but had to pay the return postage, and a 15% restock fee.

Back in October 2008, I had a granite counter top installed and noticed shortly after the counter top was installed that the cook top was cut off center from the microwave above and stove below. I contacted the installer and let them know how they want to handle this error. I would schedule times for the installer to come out to look at this and they would cancel hours before the appointment.
Just recently, the seam at the cook top (near the backsplash) has come apart. Once again, I have contacted the granite shop to get this repaired... read full review »

Met with sales and was waiting for my vehicle to come in and rebate to start on 09 Optima. Rep sent me email detailing transaction, which I replied to, and they confirmed. When I arrived at the dealership after 40 minutes found that the monthly cost was $100 more than quoted and confirmed. He said he made a mistake. I never wanted to know how it feels to be scammed. This company and their practices ar eunbelievable. Its almost like they WANT you to cancel since they keep your money. $59.98 bi-weekly payments. Paid over 1000 dollars and still no computer. Notta. Nothing. This "Computer" has been pending since May of 2008. We're in January of 2009. I made all my lay away payments up front. I ordered a trial of acaipure for $4.95 and was charged $15.00. Received it fine but then was sent an additional product and charged $44.90. I gon on line to their www.getorderhelp.com to request the RMA# you need to return the unwanted product and was told it would take 48 hours to process. just got my fronter phone bill and had a charge of $8.43 from OAN Services, Inc. I never authorized this charge nor talked to these people much less ever heard of them. You would think that fronter would investigate these charges prior to adding them to a customer's bill. After submitting my credit card information, the screen said for a debit card they would charge me the next day!
There was a link to follow if I could not use my debit card.
Guess where the link took me?You guessed it!
Straight to the "Loop" of nowhere on the MagicJack.com website where customer care does not exist!

Same issue as everyone else stated on this website. I stupidly believed the ad that showed Oprah and Rachel Ray and decided to order a free trial of Bromalite. Got the free trial and a few days later noticed a charge for $69.95 on my credit card. Called 866-897-0663 and after waiting 20 minutes on hold I spoke to a cust service rep who issued my credit, canceled the order and gave me a conf #.

Cecil Carter, claims to be trustworthy, but while filing complaints on others he failed to mention
that he received nearly $50, 000.00 from Alpha
Electronics and only returned $3, 500.00.
Not only did he do that but several customers placed large orders for cell phones, only to discover on the delivery date there were no phones.
His excuse was the purchase orders were submitted
incorrectly, after he had them for several weeks.

So I order Acai Berry for free...just pay shipping of 3.95. About 1 week later, I am charged 89.31. Yes I am irate, and call the bank, they tell me when I receive the product to send it back with a tracking number. It's been 15 days. Today I checked my statement online, they hadn't sent my money back. In fact, another company fit factory, has charged me another 60.00. Yes both companies got an earful...but I have yet to get a penny back. I will take this up with my bank, who told me what to do...This really sucks. I responded to an offer I found on FAcebook advertising a free trial packaged of WuYi diet tea. I gave the company my visa account number and address (big mistake) to pay for the $4.95 shipping cost. Dent Teck, a company in Vista California, failed to refund money paid even though the services were not rendered and Nate Davis (proprietor) agreed to provide a complete refund of the money ($275).
Many many attempts have been made over the last 30 days to try and resolve the issue with Dent Teck (Nate). I scheduled a payment on my credit card account for the same day that I get paid. Quicken Bill Pay created a paper payment for an account that could have been paid electronically, mailed it early enough that the credit card company received the payment and processed it two days before the payment was scheduled. As a result, there were insufficient funds in my bank account to cover the payment, my bank returned the payment, and charged me an insufficient funds fee of $35. A payment was made to this company - MembersWho.com - from my checking account (using the credit card number) for $39.97 with no authorization by me. I contacted them by phone and found it was a monthly charge for access to adult websites. Best Cleanse charged me $10.25 to my bank account. I have never heard of this company before. However, I did order AcaiSlim and Total CLeanse around the same time. I called both companies to cancel charges and neither knew of Best Cleanse. I can not find any information on Best Cleanse when I Google their name. Also, FitFactory did the same thing but I calle dthem and they credited my account after threatening to turn them into the Federal Trade Commission. My account showed a credit within a matter of 2 or 3 days.

We received a letter with an enclosed check. What tipped us off was the T-Mobile USA logo on the check. No where in the letter was T-Mobile mentioned. The amount of the check was $ 4, 700.00 and the letter stated that the purpose of this check is for the payment of Canadian Non-Resident Government Service Tax (GST).

This company is run by two people that have a total disregard for their borrowers, employees, and relationships: Stewart Hunter and Bryan Harlan. The company has branch accounting, in which they require you to keep a significant amount of reserves, so that they can nickel and dime you to death. Payroll never returns your calls. The manager of their National Licensing Center is a convicted Felon. You can pull up a public report on him, and yet Stewart Hunter uses him to close ALL termed branches loans.
