I've used this company repeatedly and never had a problem. When paying, over paying for a delivery a customer should not expect that their product is left in the lobby of their high rise; when we pay for delivery as per the J.C. Penney's we expect delivery to be to the threshold of our appointments. I just nipped the acai berry scam in the bud. I checked to see when I would be getting my order which was done on 12/29 and that is when I read two different procedures within the terms and conditions. In one statement you can try the free trial for 15 days and cancel and keep the remaing amount. In another statement they say you must cancel and return the unused portion or you will receive additional shipments. The problem is, the shipping time is included in the trial period of 15 days. Grant Reviews Online is advertized from Complaints Board as "Free Government Money" with a picture of President Bush in the ad. When I went to the site it advertizes different companies that offer "Free" software to help find and apply for grants. The only requirement is that you pay a low fee for shipping. Took my dog in for emergency surgery, was told of findings and action taken. Was also told my dog would need 3- 4 days to heal before he could be sent hme without danger. Was advertised as a free offer. When you go on the web site to order. The Order blank already has checkmarks on items that cost $10, and $30.00 dollars plus shipping, so when you hit send all the sudden you are responsible for other products. Then you can't return to the screen to delete order. I have ordered many things on line before and never was this the case. I'm concerned because now I too cannot get anyone on the phone to cancel or send back. I purchased a Jenn Air french door with bottom freezer refrigerator model #JCF2089HES less than 2 years ago. I have already had to have the control panel strip replaced as the refrigerator was freezing since the flap from the freezer was getting stuck in the open position. As a worker of Espresso Partners, the company bills customers for emergency repairs even though employees are available and just sitting around m-f expands work times the employees are supposedly at the work site. The tech support does not answer calls from the reps in the field to further the expense of the customers. This practice happens repeatedly. I'm a contract for hire worker. I was hired by this company, all they want to do is hire you make you work and give you absolutely no money for the work that was performed. It is no concern to them that everything was completed as satisfied. They will not recognize the Manager at their site locations has verified the good work. Stay away from BuyerZone.com. BuyerZone.com claims to provide fresh sales leads for various industries, but the leads we received from them were completely useless. I'm not sure this is actually a legit company. I ordered an item, paid thru PAYPAL, never received anything. I have emailed the company at least 8 times with no response. Horrible place for young children! If I can get my story out about how bad this place is and I save one parent from the guilt of leaving their kid in a place that doesn't follow the regulations set by the State of Arizona then I'll feel alot better. On 11/03/08 I was approved for a loan with Cedarbrook Lending Group in the amount of 5, 000 dollars. Because of my credit I was told that I needed to make a collateral payment of $750.00. What a scam this company is. They advertise low cost items in their catalog and online but they charge as much for shipping as the actual cost of the product. In November 2008 I ordered three items for christmas gifts that should of cost me 26.00 total. However I was shocked to see that each item was shipped separately in three boxes. I called Security Associates International, Inc. (SAI) to cancel my contract and they told me, 'No problem, but you'll get a bill for $679.83.' I moved! The bank made numerous mistakes. Over the past several years they have deposited our money into someone else's account. They also deposited someone else's money into our account. When confronted with the mistakes the bank treated us disrespectfully. Denied that any mistakes were made and would not admit to it. I check my bank account daily. This morning I found a charge to my bank account for $149.00, that I did not authorize coming from a 'USA Credit' and 'Commonwealth'. The phone number listed was 1-800-685-9354. When I called this number, it asked for my account or social security number! Luckily, because I reported it to my bank immediately, funds were credited back to my account. But I had to close my account, and open a new one. I paid a mortgage loan off January 2006. I receive the deed stamp paid in full on Feb. 2006. We tried to get a loan for another house in Dec. 2007 and was told that their are late pays from AMC as recent as Dec 2007. I contacted that bank to find out that they were sold to Citi Residential Lending and they assured me that they will take care of the situation. I originally hired flavor grafix to design a website for me. the agreed upon price was 1500. i put down a deposit of 500. At first it seemed to be going ok. but after months of difficulty trying to get my work done, I had to fire them, as it was becoming obvious after a year that the 3 mo project was not going to be completed.
