I called true.com to cancel my subscription because I was not happy with the cite. The person I spoke to said it was paid through a certain date and then gave me more extended time[ I guess trying to keep me as a customer]as I`m sure they are instructed to do. I was under the impression that at the end of that time that would be it, finished, done, the END but oh no, I was billed two more times before I caught it. Joseph Montalvo is a glib scam artist! He is gifted with a tricky tounge and that's it! He ripped us off for $4300.00 ! All we received was a disc with the unedited pictures that he took the night of the wedding. He has not given us the photo albums, numerous pictures or videos that we paid for. AARP refused to pay for my prescription for Sular. I read the 2009 Formulary book sent to me in late December of 2008 for the year 2009. Sular was listed as a Tier 2 drug. I ordered a 90 day supply Janauary 6, 2009. The provider called and advised it was not covered. I called AARP and was informed the drug was now a tier 3 drug and they would not pay. I wanted to cancel my order, they send a two month supply for $69 at a time, and when I tried to go to the member login site, the webpage no longer existed. Three days after receiving the ordered pills from Acai Burn, another bottle arrived that was not ordered and the shipping and handling was taken from my account without authorization. The second bottle of pills were from FWM Laboratories and are called Acai Detox. I want to return both bottles, but have only the address for FWM, not Acai Burn. This company has with drawn 87.98 from my checking account. I called on the Dec. 23rd, Dec. 23rd afternoon, Jan. 5, and Jan. 10th. Everytime I call they tell me my money will be refunded in 7-10 business days. When I called on the 5TH THEY ALREADY showed it was pending into my account and that it shoudl be in there in 1-2 days.
