This company hires drivers and then just ignores any issues they have. A driver hired on with the company 5 weeks ago. First week tells them there is an issue with fuel gage/tanks. Truck is in the shop, supposedly fixed. Driver ran out of fuel with no fuel in one tank and the other tank is full. Obviously, the issue was NOT fixed. Truck went back in the shop to be fixed again. I signed up with directfreight.com on 12/30/08. There monthly rate is $25.00. They charged me $25.83, $25.00 for a month and .83 cents for the last of December. I am a truck driver and I was trying to find a load to get me out of the Atlanta, GA area. I bought a bumper to bumper warranty from the company to cover repairs on a 2003 Chevy van, which at the time had 95, 000 miles on the odometer. Several months after buying the package, I had to replace an intake manifold gasket, which the company refused to cover. I have resided at Gramercy Park Condos since 2007. I resigned a year lease in August of 2008 for my 2 bedroom condo. I have had this account open with Household for over 3 years and never been late or over the credit limit. Over time, they've increased my credit limit, as long as I didn't use the card.
