They are not a real Finacial Company. they went Bankrupt a while ago and are still taking money from people. I had missed a payment to them and they called me up cussing at me and told me If I didnt have a payment plan lined up in 20 seconds then they were gonna send my account to collections... In June 08 a young man from True Vision Inc. came to my door claiming to be working to get back on his feet. I signed up for three magazines at a cost of $195 but six months later have receieved nothing. None of my calls have been returned. It is infuriating because back in 2002 and again in 2005 I purchased magazines from a similar company helping young people and all of the magazines arrived on time. So, when the True Vision rep. came to my door I had no reason to be suspicious. Sadly, all future sellers will be turned away, which probably means that some genuine cases will miss out. I ordered a DVD box set on accident. I had been getting ready to order and filled out the info and someone else need to use the computer so I let them. this company calls me sometimes up to 20+ times a day and EVERY SINGLE time i answer the phone they hang up on me.. I know its not an automated machine because i can hear the person on the other end shifting papers and also the other operators in the background. Purchased top of the line LG frontloader from HHGregg (along with 15k of other appliances) and purchased the 5 yr extended warranty on ALL of the appliances. The LG washer broke, called GE service Protection plan, sent a contractor out, which said I needed a new motor and that is covered under LG's warranty and the part must come from LG. Unaurthorized charges on my credit card. Like others I did order the sample of Acai and paid the shipping charges plus the $1.00 charge. Then I was sent two more bottles that I did not order plus these charges of 89.31 that have showed up on my last two statments. Does anyone know if what they are doing is legal? How can they close our accts and then keep billing us the interest. Payments don't post on time, and then we get billed the delinquency charges. I ordered two pairs of Ugg boots for my daughters for Christmas. When they went to try them on Christmas morning they couldn't even get their feet in them. These boots were a size bigger than their other Uggs boots that fit them. I tried to call, email and fax this company, but heard nothing back. I don't use this account often. I found that the 5 day hold on checks and the teller service to be very slow. So, I only pay a couple of small bills with the account. When I stopped a monthly draw with the account, there was some money left. I wrote a check over a month ago, deposited enough money to cover the check and still had a balance. Purchased cell phones online from at&t and received 2 promo gas cards for $25 each from Sony Ericsson. I did receive the promo cards (I thank you) however, by the time they came in the mail and I got them activated (there was a delay throught the postal service) they were close to expiring and I did not get to use them.
