We took our tv in at the beginning of September. Not only did I call every week for an update, I was usually told that they would call me back; which of course they did not. After over three months of no tv, they finally declared it unfixable and I was able to get a refund from the manufacturer. Avoid this place unless you have incredible patience and have a twisted urge to be disappointed. We ordered a belt from Treadmill Doctors on Jan. 8. Later we received an email that our item had been fulfilled. They gave us a tracking number to follow up, and a tracking number through Fed-Ex. I called Fed-Ex last night and they said that they had received the information but the item was not called for pick up. I called Treadmill Doctors and was put on hold for a very long time.
