When there was no delivery, I emailed the company on December 15 for an explanation. No response. Website is 'under construction.' On December 22, I contacted PayPal to file a claim. I have an issue with a warranty problem. I purchased an XMH10A on 12/26/2007 and immediately had it installed and activated on the same date. I am pissed! John Casablanca's agency contacted my daughter to audition for Sears catalog. Once we got there they mentioned nothing about the Sears catalog audition. My daughter was offered to attend their school. Someone who works there wrote up a contract for my daughter. After we left my daughter decided that she did not want to attend Casablanca's.
