Kevins Pressure Washing Restoration
Oliver January 15, 2009
Kevin’s Pressure Washing & Restoration in Massachusetts leaves 4-5 minute automatic telemarketing messages on our phone. I called him and explained that our home phone was on both the Federal and MA state Do Not Call Lists. I also explained that we have an elderly family member who needs to call us at any given time because with a medical situation, and that his long telemarketing messages can potentially put her at risk of not being able to contact us (Admittedly, we have an old -tape- answering machine). He stated that it wa... read full review »

Poland Spring
Glen January 15, 2009
Poland spring water company shrunk their half pint bottles by 20-30ml recently, but still labeled as 237ml/8oz. for the same price. You can not fit in all the water from the old bottle into the new bottle. how stupid are they thinking the consumers are? Every company tries to make some profits now days. But, is the obvious lies the way to go? It is so dumb to think tricking the public can actually get away with it. Please try some smart and honest ideas in the future. Only the good reputation will increase your profits in the long run. Right? read full review »

National Home Loan Assistance Program
Ripped off! January 15, 2009
As a homeowner in danger of foreclosure, we were taken advantage of by the promise of help. We were contacted in July, by the National Home Loan Assistance Program with promises of negotiating our 8.9% interest rate down to a fixed 6%. We were told they could not help us, and our bank would not work with us unless we were late by 30 days minimum. So, stupidly (desperately) we let our mortgage lapse into 30 days late. We then started the process of "loan modification" with them. We received a pre- approval letter, and we were told NOT... read full review »

Totally took advantage of mostly about warranty and condition of vehicle. Misinformed as far as condition of vehicle, but i imagine we've all been in that position dealing with a car salesman. The biggest problem was the purchase of extended warranty. Was told everything was covered and i purchased top of the line warranty for $1300. What i received was the bottom of the barrel warranty. I was misinformed about all aspects of the warrantys and found out later that the same warranty trough the dealership could have been purchased... read full review »

Mantis Mobile Media
Ralf January 15, 2009
I used Mantis Mobile Media, Inc. for my computer business. I came across them because they were calling around to new businesses to see if they needed advertising. We did, so we decided to meet up with them. We decided to go with their smaller package, as we did not know the company well, and gave them $500.00. They promised a lot of things and did not deliver. First of all, the 'graphics' guy does not know what he is doing. He made us a 'billboard' that was too dark and not attractive. He said he liked it, etc. etc... read full review »

Judy January 15, 2009
I ordered a dumpster from Junkyourjunk.com after pricing several companies on the internet. Their website said they beat prices and save you money by NOT charging a flat rate. They charge by weight; they had many examples of how that SAVES you money over their competitors. Here's the real deal: They claimed that my dumpster weighed 3 times the 'typical' weight they had listed on there website and charged me hundreds more than I would have paid for a flat rate dumpster service. There website also claims the charges listed... read full review »

After working diligently for four years and earning a college degree, i excepted my first professional job with one step ahead. Dead Sea Cosmetics
Ashley January 15, 2009
I went to the Tuttle Crossing Mall to have my watchband repaired. On the way out to my car, I was stopped by a woman who insisted she let me try her cosmetics on my hand, after which she put some products in a bag and asked me how I wanted to pay. I wasn't at the mall to pick up or look at cosmetics. I was ONLY there to get my watch fixed. The manner in which I was approached and treated borders on entrapment. However, there are 4 business days between those dates. So, you think someone could have gotten back to me. It's just that there are so many other web sites where you can order a cordless phone.
