I made a large purchase from this Yves Rocher(over $200) and on the web page the price listed for a brush-set was on sale for 50% off the normal $15, so it was $7.50. I have expierenced a crack in the rear door of my 2003 Mercury Mountaineer, I went to the dealership and spoke with the service manager, he said that there have been several complaints do to the stress of exspansion and contraction and it isn't covered by the company.. I will NEVER purchased another Mercury or Ford product again. The told me that they would give me a discount for a new door. I ordered the Escort 9500ix from Escort itself. Apparently, if you order from someone else, Escort will try to void the warranty. Not sure why they would sell through other retailer and have the customer pay the ultimate price of having a voided warranty. Nonetheless, I figured the 9500ix seemed like a good ideal. I have paid for one and they came back to me that the phone was seized by customs in Nigeria... and if I would pay to a fedex agent via western union they could release my phone.. I recently (October 2008) needed to upgrade the storage capacity of my Dell 4600, which I'd purchased in 2003. Ordered $270 watch, they said it would be in soon. They said they wouldn't charge the card till item shipped. We waited a month, then cancelled the order. Two days later, they charged the card. Just before christmas. How convenient. They will not return correspondence at all. Seems to be a pattern with Watchzworld. I was curious about the flush and ordered the FREE trial. That set me up with a club membership that was to ship me the product every month and bill my credit card. They also set me up with two other companies that wanted to do the same thing! It was nearly impossible to cancel. I was put on hold many times for long periods of time. I was hung up on twice. When I finally got a person to speak to, he could bearly speak english. When I tried to ask him some questions, he hung up on me. I think it is cancelled - at least with the first company. I was told by Brian H. a customer service rep at PFF that they would be able to get a "loan modification" approved for us in order to allow us to keep our home from going to foreclosure. Fraudulent ACH electronic debits from bank account was made to my new bank account. When I talk to my bank again I will let them know that this is happening to a lot of people. Publisher Clearing House sent me checks stating that I won these checks to purchase certain Items. I chose the computer. Sent them a check for $350.00. The computer came in two different shipments. First the monitor then the drive, keyboard and mouse. The on/off button for the speakers was broke. Took the speakers apart and fix button. Cannot turn the monitor off using the button. I borrowed money and was not clearly directed on how it would be paid back. They demanded I pay half then finally I could break my payments down to four payments. I did that and now I have one more payment of nearly $500. That makes my payments more than what I borrowed period. Eastern Savings Bank fsb is a predatory lender who charged me over 13% on a home loan. I made these draconian payments until I had a health problem .They drew up a forbearance agreement after I threatened them with bankruptcy .. I am an ex employee of Paragon Acura. It was the worst job that I've ever had so far. Complete torture to get out of bed everyday and go there.The most unorganized dealership by far. Employees are treated worse then garbage. It's pathetic.
