1) I went to a Banknorth branch to cash a $100 check my daughter wrote out to my from her Banknorth account. The teller cashed it. An hour later my daughter found out that her account didn't have the $100! To top it off there were already overdraft fees on the account. A month ago I lodged a complaint regarding fraudulent charges on my account as the result of using it to "verify my age". I felt stupid enough when the charges showed up online in my bank account and I had to explain to the people at the bank what the web site was and why I gave them my card number in the first place. I purchased this top of the line mattress at Sleepy's in 2004. It is a beautiful double pillow top. I loved it, but it was a few grand and out of my price range. This company is very shady. They sent out some blades that dulled very quicky, thank god i only tried out 1 and then i noticed they sent out 25 when it was supposed to be 1. They said when i called in that i ordered them which is bull. They gave me a hard time and got very rude when i called to complain, so i hung up. We ordered a wedding band (Art Carved) on Dec. 10, 2008. As of January 20, 2009 we have yet to receive the ring. cashrewards connection has with drawn over 200 dollars from my checking account and that is not including the numerous fees that my bank has charged me for over drawing or the fees that have occured from other people that have had my checks returned because of these people stealing my money. This company has a trial offer that automatically ends up charging people on a monthly basis. It is impossible to know that that will happen. It is impossible to reach someone on the phone to cancel. Their website says they don't accept returned products. I have been charged twice for the Extreme Berry product $89.31 each time. They have added an additional monthly charge called "fit fac" for $29.95 (i've gotten charged twice for this too) and another one called "price limbo" for $8.51 (once). This building and purchasing process was a nightmare. I am sure there are others that have experienced same problems with this builder. I was lied to and they pressured me into closing - threatened me with losing my deposit, stating there was no problem with potential bankruptcy- they lied.
