All American Hot Dog King. This little man ripped me off for 5k and gave no warranty unless I shipped the item back down to Miami at my own cost. From the cheap burners that he uses..I have high flame and there is no low flame. None of these burners are even positioned properly and are already rusted. I was reviewing my debit card from Wal Mart and noticed a small charge taken out for "service providers" for $3.88. I don't use the card for that much except to pay my phone bill. Apparently Google Tree is an online scam that I was not aware of until I looked at the transaction on this card tonight. Dawn Marie or Platinum Mini Bulldogs is very unorganized. She will e-mail you picture after picture after picture until you leave your deposit...thats when the pictures stop. Once they get your money, she could really care less if you get a puppy or not. It seems like more frequent than not, another litter didnt make it. So then you wait and wait and wait some more. She has been hard to get a hold of at times for a week plus at a time. To me this is very unprofessional. Her excuses were family issues, but to me, you shouldnt ignore your customers, you should get someone else to take over. Insane how bad this company is. I bought a couch and leather ottoman from Boston Interiors(no problem with the furniture) but I bought the warranty for the ottoman b/c I figured that things happen to leather and people would have their feet on it all the time. The quality of their drop card is horrible. It looks as they printed it on a desktop inkjet printer. They are cheaper than most other places, but the drop cards make a bad first impression. i contacted them to resolve or replace the drop cards, byt they have never replied. I just reviewed my bank statement and saw a charge on there for 29.99. I looking a little closer at the charge I could not figure out what it was for. I also noticed that the charge was used under my debit card. This card has not been used in over 6 months. How they got my name and card number is beyond me.
