The product arrived on Jan. 1 2009, along with my credit card statement, with an added charge of 87.13. I called my credit card co and reported this. Thank goodness I used a non secured credit card and not my debit card, in which I am in the process of disputing with the card company. I had been a customer of this Firestone for years, but good managers are all gone but the greedy ones. Went in for an oil change and check on some noise issue. Beware of Macy's. When you open a store charge, they open multiple accounts without your knowledge. When you send a payment, they don't credit it correctly, resulting in late charges and harassing phone calls. They NEVER credit back the late charges, even though the errors are theirs. I requested ALL of the accounts be closed - I've yet to see if they can get that right. I had a stellar credit rating until opening Macy's credit. I have purchased a yamaha 450 rhino in 2006 new. I have found out for a off road veihecle they put the air intake for the motor right where it could suck up the most dirt, water and mud which shorting the life of the motor. I also had sticks break threw the floor boards on both sides with one about breaking my ankle. I think they sould of had some kind of skid plate to protect your feet.
