Ordered the trial size for 3.95 was supposed to have 14 day free trial period. Rec'd trial size 1/6th and they charged my accoutn $87.83 1/7th - one day trial! Broken Sound Productions contacted us in June, 2007 about filming a segment for our company that was to air as part of a program called "Great Escapes." I intially did order a trial size (12-30) for the Acai and recieved the product and additional Life Cleanse about a week later (1/4/2008)(which I did not order). I made an appointment with this agency on 1-16-09 for to be seen on 1-21-09 at 7am for some blood work on my 9 yr old. I signed at 6:55am. The staff were chatting with each other while the waiting room was full with about 12-15 people waiting to be served. When we received our Jan, 2009 phone bill we noticed it was higher than normal. We noticed a USBI charge of 19.95 billed by SURE CONNECTION LD, INC. which we have never heard of. I went to Tech Masters for an oil change that was to be $8.88. It ended up being 38.00. The real problem came when the mechanic came to tell me that I needed wheel barrings, a master cylinder, and that I had severe oil leaks. As a privately owned business, we must be able to count on taking and downloading our credit card sales at the end of the day to cover checks. With four service interruptions in two months as longs as 1.5 days, our business is suffering. When we call, no one will ever let us talk to a manager. It is so frustrating. When the service come out, they do not even come in the store and say that it is fixed. I guess it is up to us to keep trying all day. It seems that many other businesses have experienced the same problems. I will just get in line behind the other 246 complaints. Two years ago this was the rated the best small business credit card, and it was a great card. I used it frequently for business and paid off what I put on and even transferred a balance due to the fixed 7.99% rate. How can a rate be fixed if it can change at anytime? I have had unathorized charges of $8.51 per month after a trial of acaiberry as promoted by Oprah. I cancelled after the trial and still have not had the huge amount of over $80.00 refunded. I am now getting these monthly charges of the same amount but with different company names. When calling the customer service number numerous times, I have waited on hold for over 20 minutes and then have had the customer service reps hang up on me when I ask them questions about these charges! My checking statement showed a $39 ACH Withdrawal made by Synapse on Nov 3. I called them and they informed me it was for magazines I had ordered and that I signed for 'automatic renewal.'
