The company does not refund monies "without penalty" as stated by their salespersons. They tell you that they sell a helath insurance policy that covers 100% of hospital costs. They fail to tell you that this is 100% of THEIR CODED VALUE! I got a letter from Residual Savings with a Gold Card attached, saying that I became a valued member. They also said I authorized this on the date listed at the top of the letter. My Sister in Law returned from india and al always clothing item were missing. This happens every time we trave to India. This company needs to be investigated. In the meantime, buyer beware! Make sure you read all the fine print. I didn't realize when I ordered my "free sample, pay shipping only" product that I was signing up for automated monthly delivery for a product that doesn't do a thing! Lessoned learned. If it sounds to good to be true, it is! I cancelled my order today. When you call to cancel, make sure you ask for a confirmation number. I did. I have cancelled this membership and was told it would be cancelled immediately, I have returned the unused portion of the product, but I still find money being deducted from my checking account, unauthorized. I want this stopped, because it is very misleading. They tell you that they sent me an email, but an email does not authorize authority. I have now been charge 3 days in a row the same 37.88 charge from Pay-Card Help and have no idea who / what they are. These charges are unautorized. This is a scam . If anyone knows who thry are or how to get in touch with them, please advise. We have had to cancel our debit cards over this - which means having to rredo all of our legitimate accounts plus go without a debit card waiting the 1 - to 2 weekd for the new on to arrive. I submitted my order and sometime on December I received a package include one syringe of the teeth whitening product and a pair of plastic trays. I ordered some tea online from the T Salon. It was a green tea. I was shocked to find that the tea had a cockroach in it? I emailed to correct the problem and got no reply? I then called their corporate offices and spoke to the founder a very frightening woman. She was terribly rash in her sudden assumptions and promised no refund.
