We purchased the Brazilian Oak pre-finished flooring through Beautiful Home Interiors of Jefferson City, Missouri for our new house. Rented a vehicle for 2 days only, made a verbal contract before written contract for the 2 days only, employee at rent a Wreck said they charge automatically another day so make sure vehicle is returned on time and I will not get charged. I was charged $1.95 by Encore Mktg on my credit card on 11/25/08 -- same day as I made an on-line purchase at Terry's Village. Then I was charged $14.95 by Encore Mktg on the same credit card on 1/2/09. This is very unjust. I am a victim of identity theft. I had called so many times this office to delete judgment because this appeared in my credit report. I recently submitted an application to North Point Apartments. (I am in need of a two bedroom apartment.) I've since called numerous times and during each call I was told a number of excuses. Company agent called on phone to advertise that company can sell unused time. First of all company cannot sell what is no longer available for sale. I contacted company within 24 hours asking them please to cancel !! They still posted an" internet ad" which had very little detail. I wrote and called and they have ignored my request to reimburse my credit card payment. I have not signedany document authorising them, yet they refuse to even deal with me on the phone or to send back my money. we have been with AMCO Willow park for 6 months Since the first monththe water bill was very high. we contact ISTA north america and they were very arrogant and said" No matter what you do, no matter what you say you will have to pay the bill or you will bee evicted. They did the same thing to me. My bank account was debited 99.95 after I exited out of the application and did not click submit. I had tried this product and it gave me a bad reaction to the acai berry detox. I called about 7 times in the past week and finally on Sunday the 25, 2009 I spoke with a so-called-supervisor and she told me that I would recieve a refund and be notified by E-mail as to when the transaction would take place. I received this same letter yesterday 1/24/09 regarding a membership I never requested. I tried calling the C/S number got automated message stating was after business hours. I left a not s0 nice message demanding them to take my name off the marketing list. The letter says you have to follow the instructions on the card to activate the card.
