One hand does not know what the other is doing thats for sure, they told me i had to get a prescription. I had my doctor send in a fax to get a small breathing tank. Chase Card Services has started charging me a monthly service charge for paying my credit card bill on-time! I have a balance on my credit card that is set a fixed interest rate of 4.99%. This month, my minimum payment amount was raised from 2% to 5% of my remaining balance and I'm being charged a monthly $10 service charge fee. I have the same complaint as many others. I was with them when they were Bell Telephone. When absorbed by ATT, they changed their cancellation policy. Despite telling their phone solicitor that I would NOT be renewing my policy, I ccontinue to receive bills. I am a professional w family insured by an Aetna PPO. I have a particularly agregious example of what has become the norm in the insurance industry and that is claim denial by default. Recently Aetna denied coverage of my 6 year old daughter's annual well-care visit. The reason? Apparently we had only allowed 359 days between appointments and they look for "12 consecutive months" to have elapsed. Same experience as previous complaints. I opted to receive free magaines, paying only shipping for a years subscription. My fiancee was bought a Zune 80 gb from his sister in September of 08. In December of 08 the Zune would not charge. I called the Zune department and they offered to send me a box (3-5 days) for them to repair the Zune. I received the box in 5-9 days. Received an email offering a free trial of slim shake if I paid for postage (4.95). There is a large button located in the center of the website page to accept the free trial offer. I thought I was accepting the trial offer but afterward was billed 88.97. Once you press the trial offer button you are taken to a second page with no other terms listed. Hi I applied for a loan modification back in July 2008. It took them 3 months to contact me after calling them serveral times. In October 2008 I was in the middle of doing a loan modification. In November 2008 I found out that the person I was dealing with was laid off & my file was never completed. This is not fair. I need this loan modification. I took advantage of an add on MSNBC, CBS or ABC to get a trial sample of Acai berry dietary product for $4.95. In August we bought a mattress from Linder's furniture and was told we would be eligible to receive a $500 gas card, free. What they didn't say was it would be in increments of $25, pending sending in $100 worth of gas receipts each month, by the 25th of the month, from Mobil.
