I notified the Texas Department of Insurance and filed a complaint for Fair market value of which I received thru The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) with a valuation rate. Since Allstate Adjusters are company generees their first offer of $1350.00 was not even in my ballpark of figures. I was charged a draft for 39.95 from MP Subscriptions that was in the name of Moon Park Company. MP Subscriptions stated it was for an adult website. I bought this software on a payment plan and have made a plan to pay on the 3rd of every month. Well I pay and they shut down my system and on top of that they take monies out of my account when they feel like it not on the third. So now I am paying for a program that I can not use. I too failed to receive the e-statement from Chase Visa. I normally pay the charge on the day it is received which is about 3 weeks before due date with an e-check but no later than 2 weeks before due date. I had never incurred a late fee of any kind in my 65 years, and I have had a credit card since the 1960's when they mailed the card to you without asking. I'm very sure that there are a lot of people being ripped-off by BankAtlantic's banking policies. Some of the most practiced methods are as follow: Checks (even payroll) are held back from being deposited for two or three days (longer if deposited on a Friday). If you get cash back from that check it will work against you. Transactions not posted in the order they take place (both debit or credit purchases). A college-age girl came to my door claiming she was selling magazines to raise money for a college trip. The magazines would be donated to soldiers in the military. Of the $48 for the magazine subscription, $43 would go to the student for her trip and $5 would go to pay for the subscription for the soldiers. I apparently signed up to receive a cd regarding working from home and was charged $1.96 for shipping. I was then charged $69.95 for enrollment in what I don't know. I've never received a CD nor did I agree to enroll in anything. I believe this is a scam to get my credit card number and hence charge my account. I purchased this scooter while on line with the Scooter Depot. Their claim is that they have excellent customer service. When I received they scooter it would not start. I had to take it for repair. That cost was $125.00. I had to purchase a new battery also. When calling customer service I cannot seem to get a live person. There is something that concerns me regarding Direct Energy, their accounting procedures, and their unwarranted rude treatment of good standing customers. This manufacturer is the worst and full of amateurs. None of my assigned development people stayed at all and the turn over was so horrible and no one knew what my project was about. The owner, Don Hayden, is a liar and I think he has no idea what he's doing. Many (if not all) of the drugs on the website are not regulated by the United States and thus implicitly legal to sell. I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Sebring in January 2008. I have seen 2 recall notices from Chrysler. When I purchased the vehicle it had a recall notice but yet the dealership told me since I bought it I should take care of it! I thought I was just sampling a product. Thats what the web site stated. I purchased the trial supply/sample online. December 17, 2008 my bank account was charged $4.99 + $1.00 I assume for shipping/handling and an additional $1.00 it stated for shipping insurance which I did not request. That was fine though. As a former employee of Silverleaf Resorts - Buyer beware..The treat their employees worse than the hundreds of people that they filter through the timeshare presentation. If you bought with them, check your paperwork. You probably missed a signature on one of the documents, but I guarantee you that if you requested a copy from the corporate office, your signature would be on that document. Originally ordered Acaipure, which I never recieved I sent an e-mail because I was on hold 15 minutes. Canceled our reservation without accomodating us at an other hotel after our full payment was made on our credit card. The company stated that there wasn't any room available at this hotel, wich is a lie cause we talked to the hotel directly and we do in fact have a confirmation number from the hotel. Behind the scenes you will see a bunch of Indians charging people by stealing their credit cards numbers. That's why you don't see an address listed on their sites nor do you see the founders or management info.
