Received check in the amount of $ 2, 920.00 in the mail yesterday afternoon. What seemed and looked suspicious to me was the letter that it came with stating that I was offered a position as 'Consumer Survey Specialist' a.k.a Mystery shopper on a part time basis. My salary would be $80.00 an hr for 4 hrs worked($320.00), $2400 had to be transferred through Money Gram, $100 would be spent to transfer/wire the money through Money Gram, and $100 for me to shop at one of the 7 locations listed on the letter i.e KMart, Home Depot... read full review »

This credit card company is really bad. First off, my daughter was given a credit card when she was 17 and even placed her real information on this card. She turned 18 and lost the card and never made any payments. I wasn't aware this was even going on until she told me later. I told her to make a payment on the card and call and report the card missing so they could replace it for her. She did. After purchasing my 52' LCD Sharp television in June 2008, I was excited to have view favorite shows and movies. This all came to an end on December 20th 2008 when the T.V. began to display colorful lines in the left hand corner. I found Fluent through a web search, came up with their promotion of Customers Service. Basically, I spent $14, 900.00 to set up a campaign with them. Looked like package deal to create a custom Flash ad, that I had to setup a domain name for and host. That is what the 14.9K was for, I assumed. Gave them all my personal information, told I was approved each time I would go to the website to get the $$$ wired, i was sent to other lenders and put my personal information in again. I've tried for over a week to get a little extra money to buy christmas for my nieces and nephews and nothing. One company did take $$ from my checking account but i didn't received any advance. I purchased three Panasonic KX-TGA510M handsets recently. When I received the order, one handset was missing the battery cover. I called immediately and the woman told me to call Panasonic directly and get it from them and if they would not give it to me then to call them back again (BUT she told me to call on Mon because they were closing). Very unhappy and frustrated with my (attempted) order from Apex Battery. Tried to order a projection lamp for my Mitsubishi TV. searched all over the web for the particular part number, provided by Mitsubishi. Came across Apex. Not THE cheapest, but cheaper than many. Long story short, they sent me then completely wrong part. I verified my order many, many times to be correct. I read the previous review and was convinced it was written by their marketing department. However, I am very satisfied with my purchase. It was shipped promptly and received quickly. The instructions were clear and concise and appeared to have been written by someone who reads, writes and speaks english. This is the worst place to get your computer fixed. I took my computer in to have my motherboard replaced only to get it home and the computer would not work. I took it back and the owner diagnosed it as having a totally different problem; a bad hard drive is what he said this time (I was charged $95 for this diagnosis even though he promised he would NOT charge me since I had to bring it back) Well I then, being the fool that I am, allowed him to replace my hard drive which cost me an extra $200.00. I had purchased an Antec Neo 550 PSU that ran great since last November, then inexplicably died. After removing the PSU from my tower, I noticed that it was making a strange rattling sound like a piece had broken off inside. Antec's online RMA process was easy to complete and I received an RMA number 10 hours later. After boxing and shipping off my dead PSU, I received a brand new one as a replacement. I purchased an Asus eeePC from which had an intermittent Bios problem which was on the first day. After calling them they sent me email telling me they would replace the unit _ GOOD LUCK - After driving for 1.5 hours to the store the, the service fellow said that because the unit was intermittent they would have to keep it and check it and then send it to ASUS for repairs if need. Prompt shipment but wrong parts. I ordered StarTech SNT127A mobile racks which are made of metal. Without checking with me they shipped Lian Li plastic mobile racks which are not compatible with my other Startech products, Wrote feedback requesting information, no response as yet, so have now requested an RMA number. A quick check would have clarified this before shippment. I am a very dissappointed customer (probably ex customer). If I receive an RMA number, I can ship these back being out time, energy, and shipping both ways, but they will make a small profit on the shipping and HANDLING charges. I placed an order on Monday, September 8 and received my frames on Friday, September 12. The speed of delivery was amazing! The qualifty was good -- I'm no expert on frames -- but they look good to me and satisfy my purpose. The only complaint I have is regarding the assembly. My wood frames were fully assembled, but I wish they would drill the holes in the back of the frames to accomodate the screws/clips needed to secure the art in the frame. I have been frauded by ASC. I had over 720 score before ASC bought my mortgage. ASC failed to pay my homeowners policy renewal causing it to laspe for 13 months and my flood policy which has been lasped for 31 months. Instead of ASC paying for the lasped insurance policy as ASC told the OCC they would pay the cost of the lasped policies, ASC doubled my escrowed funds to over $800 on top of my mortgage and then suspended my payments. Warning on computer screen of 3 virus attacks on my computer. Login was blocked until signing up for phony nonexistent security system for antivirus protection. Was supposedly charged a one time fee of $49.95 to my VISA card for the service.
