Drive Line Reatil
The angry Merchandiser January 28, 2009
I worked for driveline for awhile, and at first it seemed legit, and i was receiving very a small amount of compensation for my merchandising services. I continued on my schedule and continued servicing my stores, and then one day I got online after putting in long hours after working my first job.(was working about 16 hours total that day) and when I logged onto their site to report, it would not let me. I called the district manager, Carolyn Patterson, who informed me that all of my jobs had been re-assigned. I never recieved a call or email... read full review »

Art Supply Warehouse
April January 28, 2009
I totally agree with the dissatisfied customers below. I placed an order in Nov. (@$99 with $5.95 shipping) and checked ship as complete. Four weeks went by and no order. I made contact with them and was told my order was being held up by one item. I said to release the other items so I would have by Christmas. When the order came it was less than half the items that should have been shipped and the order was split between two invoices ($23.86 and $16.04 with a shipping charge of $5.95 on each invoice = $29.81 and $21.99). I have tried to... read full review »

I had a very pleasant experience when dealing with Arrowmax when I ordered a ‘unique’ large rack mountable server case from them for a workstation computer that I am building. The representative Angus, with whom I was in contact with, was very friendly and courteous to deal with and very accommodating to provide the best shipping available. After the transaction was complete and item paid for, it was shipped in a very timely manner and arrived at my doorstep in a matter of days even though I live outside the USA. Arena Computers
Ian January 28, 2009
I've sent Shawn Stewart (co-founder of Arena Computers) to collections. Even though that'll cost me, I've no alternative. I've waited a year(!) for him to produce my dream system, but stupidly waited because he had a constant stream of excuses: divorce, head injury (no kidding), the war in Iraq recalling his staff to duty (I'm not making this up), etc. He's obviously had some real problems, but that doesn't make up for broken promises and stolen pre-payments. Like the previous post said, watch out for reincarnations under another web site - that's what most lying scumbags do to avoid their deserved reputations. read full review »

My husband and I have recently moved into the area and we will be starting our company here in Ocala FL. We have been given the run around with the electric company. The company that was in this buldg before us was a lighting company and they left a huge bill of about $1800. So when they told us our deposit was going to be $1040 we thought that was to high and that they wanted us to pay for the company that left that old bill. We received the bill in the mail and the amount was different then what was first told to us it was $1689.49. My... read full review »

Arcadian Lighting has been very nice and their price was the best. Their follow-up has been excellent. Unfortunately, fixture shipped direct from manufacturer and that's another story. Globes came broken due to improper packing and then instead of shipping 6 they shipped 1. I believe Arcadian has done a great job of following up and their customer service has been great. This company is an absolute disgrace. I ordered two batteries from it Sept. 26, didn't hear anything for a while, so I e-mailed inquiring about my order's status. I got a resounding nothing in response. I began to think the company went out of business, then suddenly, Oct. 27 -- more than a month after my order date -- a mysterious charge appears on my debit card from, you guessed it, APS Cellular. Received two, one terabyte DVR expanders without a hitch. Seems like a quality product and is working fine, so far. They are attractive; mostly plastic but looks like textured aluminum and they are silver colored, NOT the pinkish hue that they appear to be on the internet. I am of the opinion that Cabela's is using unauthorized means to collect personal, private identifying information. Their policy is disturbing, questionable, and suspicious.
