Place an order, received confermation of order few day lator receive an e-mail asking for us to call them. Called no one knew why e-mail was sent told us they would check on order and get back to us that day. No one called back. Two days later called them again to check on order was then informed just the day before product has been discontinued. They offer to get us a lesser product for the same price! Well, after two days of trying to get a refund, it appears I am stuck with the charge of 69.95 for a service I will not be using. The company claims that my ordering a cd for 1.98 also agreed to a 7 day trial period and that I called one day to late so I also agreed then to the above charge being placed. Purchased my 2003 Rav 4 at Lipton Toyota brand new and have had it serviced regularly at this same location. At a recent service I questioned a part that needed to be replaced that could have only have been broken when the tire is being taken off or on, was spoken to by the service manager Nelson Lopes in an rude, condescending manner and asked by him to do him a favor "dont ever bring your car hear again". What I found more appalling and outrageous was the same uncaring attitude displayed by the General Manager Darren Cohen. On December 22, 2008 I received a notice from the State saying my vehicles were not insured. On December 29th I called AARP and they said they had forgotten to renew my policy but that I was covered. On January 6, 2009 I received my policy but the rates had increased by 20%. I called and they told me that since I was over 60 my rates increased. Don't be fooled by the sales associates who assure you that everything will be taken care of on your payroll. The customer service department for this company is completely inadequate. They repeatedly failed to notify me that it takes three weeks for any additions/changes to be made. I have also found that their online software is riddled with glitches which you must always check back to make sure they have corrected. I had surgery in November and found out that Mega life is not going to cover my annual mamogram/ CT scan or my annual pap. i spoke with a customer services Manager named Bethany and she said that legally they have to offer it in the policy but legally they do not have to pay it. now as far as the CT scan is concerned she said that they do not have to cover it unless it is within 21 days of surgery. now i dont know if it is ever possible to go from a regular doctor ordering a scan and sending you to a specialist to have a surgical date set... read full review »
